9:45pm dinner stop! Delicious hot honey chicken sandwich, fries were fresh and tasty. Enjoyed the new strawberry frosty. Prompt & courteous service. This particular restaurant is a regular stop.
Always hot & fresh food. Staff is very friendly. I usually do drive thru but the inside is nice too. The outside looks shabby, but it’s always clean inside.
Typical Wendy’s. Prices are affordable. I order here often and always enjoy my meal even though occasionally the food tends to be cold. But when it’s hot, it’s great!
Order on app for drive thru and never had a problem with going through the drive thru and picking it up cause that’s the option that I picked but as soon as we say our name at the speaker they start giving us an attitude “Mobile orders you can only come inside to pick up” and we explained that it says come to the drive thru (as you can see). Asked for manager and instantly she gave attitude. Not happy with their customer service.
Your standard Wendy's restaurant with standard fast food so nothing to complain about there. I have only used the drive through in this location and usually they get the order correct and are quick but sometimes there are issues so that is why they get 4 stars instead of 5.
I come here all the time but never have I ever had to sit here for damn near 30 mins for my food. The store isn’t moving no cars at all. Do better!!!!!
did not have chocolate frosty. A friend got the spicy chicken sandwich and there were a few inedible pieces to it. Very chewy. they state that their fries are hot and fresh “guaranteed” but the fries stay soggy. Only reason i’m giving it two stars is because another friend had ordered a burger and that was the first time i’ve actually seen steam come off of fast food.
Good service, clean and not crowded at lunchtime. Drive through was a bit busy, but moving in a timely and efficient manner.
If their example of proper customer service is not a corporate wide practice, it should be the precedent all franchises look to as a standard model.Speed of order taking, percentage of correct order completion and a positive, polite customer interaction is obviously a concept that permeates the entire staff.Employee retention is always an indication of, fair, honest and time tested supervisory competency. A good number of current employees have either been on staff continuously or have returned.All that said, the food is the star of the show. This Wendy's turns out the higher quality, than McDonald's or Burger. Kinng, etc. menu items hot, delicious and on time.The only drawback with this restaurant is location. Another 100 yards up North Frontage Rd. would serve it's customers well and would, most likely increase restaurant traffic and sales, as well.
Not one, but two hairs in our food. Disgusting!!!
