I can say that the customer service was great: polite, on time and gentle.This is my first breakfast at Wendy's and was a good experience; the seasoning in the fried potatoes was a little bit estranged for me but the biscuit sandwich was amazing ? ?.Everything was clean the salon, bathroom and kitchen.
Hair in my Frosty. Poor customer service. Over charged. Manager refused to give us the food and receipt after we paid for it because we disputed the charges. Tried to overtalk us and make us come inside. Told us we didn't know how to read the receipt. Made him recalculate the order only to find a double charge for the avocado salad. It appeared intentional! CHECK YOUR RECEIPT!
We ask for fresh meat off grill and they gave us cold old burgers.
Terrible place, half of the time is closed, the other half they dont have items. Today got some cinnamon swirls that were cooked in burned grease, was like chewing on a greasy corn puffs, so disgusting that you couldn't even taste any cinnamon whatsoever. That was what I had to order since they had none of the cinnamon balls. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
Very poor service. I had to repeat my order three times at the drive thru, and they still didn't get it right. I got no knife or fork or butter or sour cream for my potato. I went back for butter and they had an attitude about it.
I ordered a sandwich without cheese. Got home to find cheese and I couldn't just pull it off because it steamed onto the sandwich on the way home. It's literally not difficult to look at a ticket that says "no cheese" and not put cheese on it. Wasted $10 bucks. Thanks a lot.
Late night Saturday we had 8 people. Dining room was closed at 9 so we placed an online order for drive thru pickup. I know it was a large $80 orders but they worked quickly and accurately. Thank you ?
