On July 29th at approximately 931pm I used the Drive Thru services of Wendy's on Broad Street in Manchester to place an orderBefore commencing the order I asked the individual taking my order how many coupons was I allowed to use in the Drive Thru to which she responded two. I proceeded to give her the coupon information in addition to the rest of my order and drove around to the following window to payI received my food checked to ensure I received everything and then proceeded from the drive thru lineI then realized my total was a bit high and so I proceeded to review my receipt and realized the coupons were not appliedI went into the store and asked to speak.to the manager who quite rudely advised me she was the one who took my order someone else.collected the payment and it was my responsibility to give the coupons to.the person I'm paying.I explained to the manager that other establishments such as Burger King does not require you to hand the coupons to the cashier furthermore the first thing I told.the person processing my order was I had coupons and no one asked me to submit same and finally I would.not know my order was handled by 2 separate individualsShe then rudely informed me again it was my responsibility to hand in my coupons and she was not going to change the order and walked awayI then asked one.of the employees to inform her I would.be returning the order for a full refund to which she commented I should go get the food. I exited the restaurant and started walking to my car as soon as I walked out.of the store one.of.the employees came up behind me and locked the doorI was totally appalled by this behavior. Since it was clear I could not reenter the store I left the premisesI wish I could have rated my experience zero but this medium does not allow for thatWhat I know for a fact is I will.never patronize another Wendy's store or its affiliates and I will encourage everyone not to patronize this entityShame on you Wendy's for such abhorrent customer service
Over priced dry food Wendy's is not what it used to be. You can sit down and have a good meal served to you for what you pay for dry can't even follow directions and not put certain things that you ask not to be on for 40.00 for 2 value meals and then could not eat it due to them making wrong thing . I will never go to a Wendy's that can't make a special order of a cheeseburger with cheese only ! Come on now.
Open till 1AM or later? This Wendys never got that memo. Wanted to get a burger at 12:30 on a Saturday night. While cars were in the parking lot - presumably employees vehicles, the drive-thru was closed.When they are working, the food is on par with what you'd anticipate from Wendys. Good stuff.
This is our regular Wendy’s. The staff at the drive thru are usually really great. We’ve only had 1 wrong order (spicy nuggets instead of regular) once. We rarely go inside since this is our “is it already lunch/dinner time?” While running errands go-to meal with 3 little kids. The staff has even gone above and beyond before to give stickers to my kids in the minivan on slow days.
If I could rate them minus 10 stars I would. They were out of large cups so I got mediums. My sister ordered a baked potato with chili and cheese. They didn't put the lid on tight so all chili and cheese was in the bottom of the bag. They only gave me 1 butter when I asked for extra. The potatoes were undercooked and they didn't put my cheeseburger in the bag. I will not go there ever again ??
I don't know if this location is under new management or something but the food is impeccable now. I've honestly never been to a fast food restaurant that the food actually looks like the commercial. Very impressed. Great quality.
I never had an issue with this location until last night after midnight(7/3/22)I ordered chili and when I drove away to eat their was no spoon or crackers. I went back and they said they had no spoons so I asked what about a fork. I got my fork & an opened package of crackers but didn’t notice until I drove away. Definitely going to corporate.
Very consistent food no matter which restaurant I order it from. Good quality. Love the frosties
The staff has improved greatly and the time in line for waiting during busy is not that much even though there’s usually a problem with the order they always fix the order if you just go in when you’re in the drive-through. Usually they forget a sandwich if you order any more than for always check your order.
Only if you're in a pickle for food. The wait time is absurd because management has skeleton crew (insert pandemic excuse here). The service is harried, lazy, and barely competent. The food is basically garbage (thin burger, little condiments/veggies), the freshness is trash (no freshness, whatsoever), and the attitudes are guttery (welcome to the jungle). So, if that sounds OK with you,..by all means..make it your daily spot!
