Service was good, food was ok, one big issue was absolutely no lights on in their dark parking lot. But all in all it's a good place for a quick bite and drink ?What I find amazing is the reply I got from the owners of TGIF Fridays said nothing about a extremely dark dangerous parking lot. Clearly they do not care about the safety of their patrons.
All due respect, this place is severely over priced.The service is excellent no complaints in that department. But the food quality is that of Friday's before the pandemic. The prices have gone significantly up but the food quality hasn't.The food isn't inedible, I only used to go here because my dollar would get me alot.My most recent visit here I paid over $70 ( before 20% tip ).I received 15 wings, 1 appetizer, 3 beers and an iced tea.That's wild never again, I understand that everything has gone up. At that price for microwaved tasting bar food.I could have gone to stop and shop.Bought Friday's frozen food, sweet tea and picked up a 6pk of beer.That would have cost me less than $40.00.I am leaving this review as one person's experience. Not meant to be perceived as disrespect, just sharing information.Before someone tries to say anything rude.Last night I went to Texas Roadhouse.Dinner for 2 with 2 drinks and no app. My total was $60.00, just saying.
Every time I place an order online it’s always something wrong. I ordered broccoli for my daughter and ended up with French fries in her meal yesterday and then ordered Mac n cheese and did not receive it with one of my rib meals. This is not the first time my order has been messed up but the first time I did pick it up in person and not have it delivered messed up. I honestly thought everything would be fine with the meal until I returned home. Advice: time check your food thoroughly before leaving.
So I am visiting from jamaica, went here on my birthday, was asked for my Id, gave my Jamaican driver's license and was told they can't accept it because it's laminated and there is a peel at one of the edges. Thanks Myra amd Osteen for messing up my 35th birthday.

Thankfully, the food was delicious! Service wasn’t spectacular. They forgot the cole slaw with my meal and server didn’t come to check on our table until we were almost finished eating, then I got the cole slaw. Server only checked on us because another couple needed to order. The manager was wondering around looking out windows not once stopped at our table. Beware of the drink menu with no prices, our two drinks cost nearly as much as our meals. Food was good next time we’ll order take out.
I haven't eaten in a TGI Friday's in several years however this one sorta shares the parking lot with the hotel I was staying at on a business trip. The decor/look of the restaurant was the same as I remember it from a few years ago which is the same as the first time I went to a Friday's 30 years ago, not bad just a very dated theme. The restaurant was clean, the food was standard chain restaurant fare in that it was reliable and good for what you are ordering, but certainly not overly impressive. As far as atmosphere, the restaurant was relatively empty at 8:00 on a Wednesday night. I counted about 10-12 people total in the restaurant & bar combined. Service was friendly but slow. Overall the experience was 'meh' - good not great service and good not great food as well. I find it a little sad, 20-30 years ago Friday's was a really happening chain restaurant, the last two times I have been to one it feels old and bored.

It's a great restaurant but the prices are on the high side for a chain restaurant. Not a lot of food variety on the menu and I do understand that covid has changed alot of menu items. I wanted an entree but it was over 20.00 which I feel is alot at a chain restaurant. I settled for a burger, it was good.
Waitress zoned out and forgot our order. Got the wrong appetizers and waited a long time for our order. The place was empty. Prices extremely high. Taking advantage of the COVID price scams. Shame on them. This place is off our list!
