slowest mf place ever. the guy behind the counter is by himself. He makes the food and dilly dallies while there are dozens cars and people inside are waiting. It’s been over 20 minutes since i ordered at the online order inside and I still have not gotten my food.
It was a nice experience here in this location.We tried some Veggie delicacies and it was really good and tasty. We ate the Beans Burritos and it was too good.Definitely we would visit again and hopefully they maintain the same taste for ever.Also the crunchy Tacos were good and yummy.
This place is straight up dog water. I understand short staffed issues but this lady just straight locked us into the store and is screaming at people because she made their order wrong twice. Screaming how much of an inconvenience it is working, and putting food on places that aren’t the most sanitary. The only good thing about this place is the guy with the piercings that works nights. Other than tht stay away lmao
Very glad the sauces and condiments are back in lobbies so we can help ourselves, Everyone loves Taco Bell in my family, the kiosk is strange at first but easy to get the hang of, kiosk didn't offer a printed receipt, text or email only. Cashier gave me a paper receipt at her router though. Plus, there was no problem with their air conditioner for sure. Very cool.
Waited 20+ minutes for 4 small tacos with about 5 other people waiting ahead of me inside. Not a single employee talked to any of the customers during the wait except to hand them their food. Went to open the door for a customer and was yelled at by the employee to not open the door, despite the fact that the person at the door admits they were here to do work for the taco bell.
Loud, dirty, uncomfortable seating, and after waiting 30 minutes the food still felt rushed. More people were waiting than at the DMV.
This Taco Bell is one of the worst Taco Bell’s I’ve been to. The employees are always so rude especially the ladies in the front , and god forbid you have to pay with cash, you’ll be standing at the register for a good 20 min before an employee comes help you. They will make eye contact with you as well but leave you standing there. Please if you don’t like your job, which you clearly don’t than leave. Also if they screw up on your order they will make it seem like it’s your fault. This place needs a clean up and a lot of them employees need to be fired. I work in the plaza as well and would never treat customers the way this establishment does.
Multiple occasions I have come into this store for doordash orders (side gig) it shouldn't take 15 minutes and counting go be helped. Even right now I've been in the store about 15 minutes and not a single employee has asked if I needed assistance or what I am here for. They have made eye contact a few times and still nothing. As soon as I open my mouth to ask for help they walk out of view. Poor management and customer service
I know the people who work at this place don’t have the greatest education level, clearly. But i’m not sure how could do the opposite on an order that i asked for after it was wrung up that way. Waste of my $15. Won’t be coming back here, go to the chick fil a next to them instead. They can actually get an order right.
Always slow service, busy or not, but today was insane. I placed a mobile order through the drive through as pick up. There were 4 cars in front of me. Got to the microphone and told them I had a mobile order. Waited another 10 minutes to get to the window only to be told to drive around and park in the front. 15 minutes after that I finally had enough and went inside to see what was up. I was ignored for 5 minutes and then they had my food and heard it was mine so I stopped her as she was walking by. Meanwhile I had seen about 15 to 20 vehicles go through the drive-thru and complete their orders and leave..... I asked why did it take so long and all I got was excuses with so many mobile orders that must have been there before mine doesn't make any sense and was a total lie. Then all the workers came to the counter to bully me out of there and said they are five star if I don't like it go somewhere else... I will never go here ever again.
