Staff was very friendly. Starting in July the will go back to allowing you to pour your own mix. Topping stations were very neat and clean. The layout of the restaurant has changed. The leather chairs are cracked and ripped. But I don't go there for the furniture. I go there for what they offer. A custom delight that you create and top shelf ingredients. I highly recommend this place to people who enjoy quality and great taste!!!
The yogurt was good but the lack of being able to serve yourself makes this place loose my business. All the other sweet frogs in the area have gone back to self serve and for someone who needs to count and weigh everything they eat being told how much I'm getting is not ok. Not to mention the girls working there were super rude when I asked about going back to self serve they lied and said since 2019 they have been like this (major lie as I had been there pre covid and they were always self serve) and then said "customers like it" and I can guarantee customers don't like them picking how much you get. They need to get back with what it was meant to be and bring back the charm of the self serve build your own yogurt.
We can't pick our own ice cream because of COVID they have to pick our ice cream that we like and toppings

Had a small chocolate/ vanilla swirl with a topping of snickers. Not sure what the chocolate was supposed to be but that was not chocolate at all. That was the most disgusting tasting chocolate I have ever had. After first bite I thought about throwing it away but tried a second bite and then definitely threw it away.
The frozen yogurt was ok and the place looked nice
It was amazing. It looks adorable and the people there are very nice. Service was very fast and they were very helpful. Will definitely go again.
