New location, very clean, quick service.
Just like any other subway. I live close by and I actually prefer to go to this one out of any other one. The staff was nice and looked like they were just recently hired and I think they did an amazing job on my order. Also there was a rude customer and don't seem like the manager was in at that moment or maybe he was, he kept complaint about price or something while there is a big sign that would of literally answered his question but he decided to act like it wasn't there but the 2 female workers handled that situation very professionally while I waited to pay. I ended up telling the rude customer that id like to pay while you figure out what your gonna do and. But very pleasant experience even though someone will always have an issue wherever u go
Great Experience here If I could give more than five stars or more I would clean inside Manager working was very friendly And the employee working with her was great Good service and Good sandwiches ? best Subway around?
New owners are rude and discriminatory. Ordered online and when I got to the store the “owner” was really rude saying they never received my order and that it never printed. (They lied) they received my order and when they noticed the discount on the receipt they lied and said they never got it when they clearly did and threw it away and refused to make my order even after showing proof of my order, date, time, location, etc and at one point even showed on the app that my order was made and ready to be picked up. TERRIBLE NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT! Also argues with customers, yells and threatens.
The actual WORKERS are amazing are doing great. HOWEVER I hope the owner sees this because the "manager" is not doing her job and cause stress on the workers as they are picking up the slack. When I came in the manager was up front was not doing anything and instead of helping me she called her worker that was busy washing dishes to service me while she played on her phone. She continued to talk on the phone and just bark orders while her workers are literally doing 8 things. Give a raise to these workers and demote this "Manager" that is hurting the store. I dinned in as I am on break from work and the entire time I was there the "Manager" was not working.
Asked to wear a mask, how do you eat with a mask. Will not be going to subway anymore.
So this specific location says that they open at 8:00am and here I am at 8:15am the door still close and the employee just seems to don’t care… I really don’t get it.
Amber really made this experience one to remember. This is already one of the cleanest most updated locations, but her customer service put it over the top for me. Will definitely return next time I'm in the area. Kudos to her.
I went to this place around 9:30, the Employee said that there closed because they “were out of credit card rolls” exact words. He said “im basically closed up” whatever that means.worst customer service ever! Never would recommend this place!
We love this Subway as they are clean and give senior discount..
