Clarissa is very unprofessional. I watched her swear at other employees. When I went to put a compliment in about this I found out she was the store manager. Wow. No words. I’m feel sorry for the employees. I’m never coming back here. Won’t be supporting someone who runs there store this way.
The staff is nice, hard working, and makes good drinks. However, every single time I order from here it takes forever. I generally place an order in advance. I'll wait an additional 10 minutes after the order is supposed to be ready before I go in and it's never there. They are always scrambling.
Carmel frap had air in it and next day had difficulty getting a water. Generally seems to have a positive air to it. Most likely a few good ones here.
They're busy, make decent drinks, and trying to be best in class. A little rough around the edges with customer interactions and problem resolution. Overall nice location though.
This is probably the worst Starbucks I have been to. They took forever and when I finally got my order it wasn’t right at all. Highly recommend going to a different one.
If I could give this location less than one star I would. In short poor customers service and rude. Will never go for this location. All on cell phones and talking to one another rather than working. So sad.
This Starbucks location had the nicest staff I have ever experienced. I went through the drive thru and the woman who took my order was so kind and even helped create the drink I wanted when it wasn't available on the menu. Keep up the great work!
My go to Starbucks! The staff are so wonderful every time! Sometimes the line is long as it is right off the freeway, but I will take a long line with lovely staff any day!
This is the best Starbucks! The staff is so friendly and they are really helpful with Starbucks illiterate people like myself. Drinks are always perfect.
Worst Starbucks ever….I ordered online like I usually do to avoid the line and when I try to go in the store the door was locked. They were only taking orders at the drive through. So why bother ordering online if I have to wait anyway?
