Put in a mobile order, and they never received it. They made it after i showed my order on my phone.
These guys always make my coffee exactly how I want it. Staff is a pleasure to deal with, always nice to their customers. Highly recommend!!
Bathrooms out of order which I think is illegal if you have a dining area. Dining area is in desperate need of an upgrade and could be cleaner.

This place got my order wrong 2 times, first time they didn’t substitute whole milk with oat milk after letting them know that i was allergic to whole milk then they made it wrong again with no dairy substitute and gave me a black coffee instead when I let them know again this isn’t right and the employee responded back rudely and was giving me unpleasant gestures saying I was at fault for not giving clear instructions when I did tell them so multiple times. I agree that they are very busy but I literally just asked for one basic requirement and did not appreciate to be spoken to very rudely while I was patient and politely waiting for it for over 30 mins in the store for the order to be completed.
Chai latte is so delish!
The drinks are good here. However the times that I have been here, the staff has been rude and dismissive. The customer service is not good.
