At first we were planning to go inside to sit down before realizing you can't go in, not the employees fault, but should have better signage. We pulled up to one of the ordering stations and after pushing the button to order were told "we are only taking mobile or call ahead orders", before being hung up on with no follow up. We tried to ask if we could order online but got no further response. We decided to try going through the drive through and it seems they were allowing drive through orders. Lots of people cutting the line for the drive through and the parking lot is a chaotic pit of random people screaming obscenities and running around. I really wish they had advised us to go through the drive through rather than flatly stating that they weren't taking orders, which clearly wasn't true. It seemed like there weren't a lot of people on shift and the employees were visibly frazzled. The saving grace was the food, exactly as we ordered it and very tasty for fast food. No napkins and missing some cutlery made it difficult to eat everything. It really seems like they weren't equipped to handle the volume of people and we saw lots of other people leaving angry. Not sure what is up, but it took well over an hour to get food here.

Absolutely awful, went to a stall with mobile order at 8:15, they marked it as delivered and we waited a bit as they were busy. 8:43 rolls around and we press the button to check and they just tell us all stalls are closed and to go to the drive thru, so we did. As we did they are ordering to all the other stalls. I was livid but we were already in line. We were in line for about 45 minutes. We got our food an hour after ordering and it was all cold. They couldn’t have even made us a fresh warm food. They did not care. I hate sonic now and will NEVER go back. How are you going to make people go to the drive thru but still deliver the other stalls foods? And HOW can you give someone cold food made almost an HOUR if not LONGER beforehand??? Utterly ridiculous. Do NOT come here, it’s just a waste of time and money. I will go to literally anywhere else in the area but here, and most the other places get my orders wrong! I’d rather a wrong meal vs a cold one.

I give Sonic Drive-In 5 star for they have the best milkshakes ever. And the foods is good too. The employees that work there are the most friendly people. I will definitely keep coming back.

most of the time the food is great, but this last time I went I got a Sonic Blast but it had a mix of basically every flavor (despite asking for just Oreo.) I've also had holes poked into my Sonic Blast by a worker with large nails another time before.the chicken needs a lot of work and there seems to be a need for more cleaning or more competent workers.The Sonic Blast when nothing wrong with it is great, right next to a DQ Blizzard and their burgers are great too.

If I could leave less than one star, I would. Customer service is pitiful. Why even offer the use of the stalls if you won’t service them?Every time I’ve been to this Sonic in the past they have either failed to answer the via the ordering screen or do not deliver the food to the stall.On my most recent order, I placed an online order through the app, checked in, was notified that the bellhop was on their way with my order, only to wait 30 minutes before going to the window for them to tell me that they weren’t servicing the stalls.This Sonic is nothing but a waste of space.

If you wanna wait in a line for 3 hours and then be told they don’t have card readers last minute, come to sonic. Would have been nice to know. Also terrible hotdogs.

Quick stop for drinks, some fries, and popcorn chicken.. Service was slow and when the food finally came out, no BbQ sauce on the chicken. The waitress said she would come right back with some sauce, but I guess in Sonic speak that means never. Ended up leaving without sauce. This has happened before, so when I go, I always hope the order comes out right the first time. Otherwise, forget it.

Went there at 730pm 5/7/22. They were out of bacon, the new pickle sandwich and foot long hot dogs!!! Are you serious? The girl taking the order was probably one of the most rudest people ever to work there. UNACCEPTABLE

never going back againI placed and order for pickup and from the app I selected the spot I was in and my name had appeared of the screen and it said the red button was activated. I waited over an hour and nobody even came by our car to let us know they were at least working on our order. I called and it went to voicemail and once I finally got someone they kept complaining they couldn’t hear me. Since there is no in-restaurant area I just had to go home and I was still charged for this purchase. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and will never return hope this location can get better management.

Sonic this time, is way better. The lady sonic there was a failure. Our experience was when they were extremely understaffed, but the one employee there was able to keep her cool, and make our food in under ten minutes. And the food of the three cars in front of us. Bravo. The MC flurry equivalent is so much better than McDonald's. It actually tastes like iced cream! WITH OREOS!!! So good
