Please be aware, the prices listed on the menu are nothing more than estimates…. They will pretty much charge you whatever they want. They add up charges for protein and cheese. I have a suggestion… update your menus. The food was decent and the waitresses were fine but we won’t be returning.
Watch your bill when dining in or ordering out. Prices are not the same as the in-house menu or the website. Did not appreciate the up charge on all four meals that my family ordered. Won't be back for more.
A buddy and I were in nearby Manchester just to pick up a little Fiat C500 "Cinquecento" he'd got a good price on, and the mechanic there recommended Rocco's. We weren't disappointed. I got the Veal Parmesan and he the Marsala. Both were the real thing, and not just those weird preformed patties some places try to pass off as "veal". Everything was tasty, not too expensive and the service was lovely. If I were up there again, I'd likely seek this place out.
1st time there. Loved it! We will be back again. Great service and food. I had the French onion soup and a calzone with spinach and meatball. Delish!!!!
My Mom and I had the fish sandwich with french fries. It lacked any flavor. The beer battered fried fish was way too little for the roll. The onions were white raw onions, I think that's kinda gross, maybe red raw onions? The french fries were tasty though. Then all night we both had tummy aches and diarrhea in the morning. Thanks anyways. Not again.
Tried to order the mussels on the menu three times am told they don’t have any every time , service is horrible and just tried to order takeout and was told they are not doing takeout tonight!!
We love Rocco’s Restaurant, the food is the best in the area and especially better than the fancy restaurant next door. Their specials are truly special and the staff is very hard working.
My fiance and I chose this spot to have her brother's milestone birthday dinner. Staff were top notch from beginning to end, providing all the details necessary for planning a diverse menu, explaining costs and event timeline, and most important putting up with the shenanigans of our group of 20 for dinner. I really cannot say enough about the wait staff. They were totally prepared for us, food came out exactly as planned, timely, hot, and tasty. Glasses were kept full at all times. There were so many dishes, but the wait staff busted their butts clearing before each subsequent round. As an extra thanks, I gave them some of the leftover birthday cake from the special local bakery in MA. They were so grateful, it brought tears to their eyes.Went there recently with company for dinner. Though somewhat busy, the wait staff was very effecient! Meals were not quite as expected. I had linguini carbonara. the helping was very generous but not the quality.Found the pasta was very doughy & undercooked. The other dinners were OK but left a little to be desired. Would probably give them another chanceWe joined two relatives for dinner on a Friday evening. Two of us had the baked stuff shrimp and it was indeed very good - with a nice stuffing and a baked potato and salad. The veal parmesan was tender, large in size and came with angel hair pasta and a salad. The one who had the appetizer mussels as his entree said it was delicious in a good broth and again a very good portion. A side ordered salad accompanied his meal. It's nice to see that a glass of wine was $6.50 for a good amount of wine. (Other local places charge more for less wine.) Service was very friendly and efficient. It is a place that locals frequent.I had heard about this restaurant before and never had the opportunity to dine here. I would agree with another reviewer that it could use a freshing up, especially with a new restaurant right next door.Really,They are very helpful and coooperating..Their service is awseesome.Highly interested for next.
