Great service. It was pretty quiet. Empty as I got there the last hour. Got 2 drinks and a burger. Burger was cooked to my liking. Food came out quick. In and out. Cleaned up the table and was happy with the service
The server was polite, happy and prompt. She check to see how my food was, offered more steak fries, prior to me completing the few I had left. This is a plus plus plus, her detail to providing me(the customer) with one of your signature sides contributes to your brand. The "burnin' love burger " was cook as I requested.
Hadn't been to Red Robin in a while. I had the battered cod with Red Robin's in-house made potato chips. The unlimited fries and/or chips, friendly service, and cocktails are always a plus.
Our waiter Jeffrey was out standing!! We had a large group, celebrating a birthday ??Separate checks, and a lot of orders to remember. He still did remarkably with a great attitude, which quite honestly I wouldn't know if i could handle it And to top it off, Jeffrey and staff sang happy birthday to my girl. She loved it!! It made her feel very special.Thank you so very much!! We'll be back ?
I've ordered food twice from here recently. The delivery app won't let me complain because it's "just condiments". I've asked for multiple things that were not delivered either time I.e utensils, dipping sauce. They do not pay attention to requests like "no pickles" either. Food was fine but I will never order delivery again.
Thought we'd give those one a try on the way to bowling in Vernon. Chose to sit at the bar. Good menu options available. I had the gauc burger and hubby had the clucks and fries. Both were a nice size portion, tasty and warm. Very enjoyable experience. Bar/server was attentive. Pre-tip it cost $46.26. Which also included 2 Bud light and a large draft Sam Adams
We ordered a meal to go from this Red Robin as we were traveling with a dog. Despite having limited staff, the food came out quickly. Unfortunately, one order was incorrect, and had to be remade. The staff was very friendly and pleasant about the mistake, and corrected it as quickly as possible. Though the stop took longer than we expected, the service was top notch!
I took my daughters there our server was not friendly at all no personality . I ordered fish n chips they were so greasy I couldnt eat it. I tried to eat the fish out of the batter but it was mushy. Then my new meal burger was only warm the French fries were hot .at least . I will never eat there again
This is one of those reviews that's difficult to write. Do I give a rating based on the food? Or the service? Or both? The food was 5 stars; the service was 1 star. Hence the 3 star rating. First, about the food. It was hot and fresh, and was pretty standard fare for RR. But, the service was mediocre at best, bad at worst. Our server did the bare minimum. For example, she didn't say anything more than she had to to help us. When she asked if we were ready to order, my friend asked to start with some fries. She acknowledged it and then quickly turned to walk away. I had to yell to her that I wanted to order a cocktail. This. Is. Her. Job. What happened to asking, "Anything else?" or "Is that all for now?" She was like this through our whole meal, treating us like we were a chore. Honestly, she's lucky my friend picked up the check because if it had been me, she would have received a minimal tip for her minimal (and terrible) service.
We waited so long for two burgers and it wasn’t even busy. Its funny because the first time I came here for my Friday night eat out it was a pleasant experience. But the second time not so much. Supposedly they dropped our Burgers on the way out and had to remake it. But the waitress didn’t tell us about it until about 30 minutes in. People ate checked out and left and we were still waiting. I was so hungry because I had lunch at about 2pm. And it was minutes to 8pm by that time and I’m pregnant with Twins so I was not a happy camper! I’d say overall don’t rule it out because the food tasted really good when it finally came out. But I guess it depends on who’s serving you they are not created equally!
