Today we went to the drive through and recieved the worst customer service. First we traveled from a distance as there is no other Popeyes got there at 825 and was rudely told by the cashier that they were closed. Your website and Google I formation state that you close at 9pm. If the chicken had run out is one thing nut my guess is you have lazy employees who didn't want to earn thier pay check. Second the way she spoke to us was very rude. Were closed you heard with an attitude is no way to speak to a customer. Very rude service!!
NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE (Manchester)! Yet again another $70 (grubhub) order messed up! Received ONE thing I asked for.....regular size fries. 8pc spicy tender? NOPE (regular)! Spicy 8pc chicken box? NOPE (regular)! Cajun Rice regular? NOT AT ALL. NOT EVEN IN THE BAG! So done.
Yesterday we were having a graduation party at our place. We went to this store to get some chicken piece and sandwiches. It was drive thru only so we joined the line at 8:20pm, we had 5 card in front of us. Drive thru was moving very slow. Slowly we reached to the point where we can order. I asked them we need 16 pieces chicken deal and 12 sandwiches, they said they cant make it because they were going to close in 30 mins. I mean are you serious we waited in line just to hear that they are going to close in 30 mins and can’t make food. It was almost &100 - $120 order. They really need to work on the customer service and the other thing Who close the super busy store at 9 o clock on Friday nights. POOR SERVICE.

If you like your meal messed up, missing items, dry and served with a bad attitude then by all means hit this place up. Its not just one visit its every time. Im done. They also don't include toys in the kids meal as advertised.And Juvon [down below] you ain't lying!!!!!!!
Got there and I couldn't use drive through with my bucket truck being 12ft so I got the door and it's locked no sign on the door no open sign on but drive through is busy. Lost my business and my company's too
service is always terrible, staff are rude, food looks insulting. I have visited one time too many to return after having the same nasty experience every single time. nope I do NOT recommend
I rarely eat fast food but when I do Popeyes is my go to spot,This location in Manchester is always busy the doors were locked at 6:39 I waited in the drive thru for 30 minutes for them to say no Mac and cheese it's the only thing my daughter will eat from them and I felt so bad for the cars behind me they said they closed at 8 ppl waited 40 min + the workers are so rude if I didn't live close I would never come to this location ever train your employees better and tell them stop closing before the actual store hour's.
Completely disrespectful service, just about every time I go.. from just about everyone there. Tonight was no exception. Kids enjoy the food, me not so much. I will avoid this place at all cost. Wish the management would actually train thier employees to care about the customers. I hear the same feedback from everyone I know.
Popcorn shrimp was over cook, some of the popcorn I think were just batter. Fish sandwiches was good. Then chicken tenders were also good. The macaroni and cheese was awful couldn't really tell if there was macaroni in with all the cheese
