Stood for Rapid Pick-Up counter for 35 minutes after ordering as they ignored my order of 4 simple sandwiches. Watched as 8 later orders came and went, my name was still on the board. Gently asked if it was coming up soon & she just pointed to the name board and said it's still up. (Duh, I'm aware!) Finally received my order, returned to my waiting family and got the highway, only to find sandwiches were not made to order and no pickles included. It was indeed a busy time but there's no way 8 orders that came after me (many of them assembled and cooked and mine was 2 colds & 2 hots, the 2 hots being 2 pieces of cheese and 2 pieces of bread to make 2 simple grilled cheeses) should have left before me while I stood there. At the very least, the 2 at the counter should have asked me who I was after 15-20 minutes and looked into it. Standing for 40 minutes waiting on 4 sandwiches, huge disappointment.

I ordered a Greek salad. I wanted a scoop of tuna on top. Not offered as an option, even though they have tuna sandwiches. The amount of dressing provided is minuscule...barely half the container was filled. I ordered an extra dressing and it was still a very dry salad.

I have been going to this location since the day they open, but in the past three years the service has been getting wors by the day, the place is very unsanitary the sandwiches always missing ingredients and taste like they just picked it up from the floor, Iven when I order online, they always find the way to mess your order up and you still have to wait 30min to correct your order.I do have lunch almost daily in their other locations in the Hartford County and I noticed a real decline in their service, but I can't compare them with the one on Deming Road.

I’d like to give Deming St Panera a huge shout out for outstanding customer service! Catherine the manager was very good to me yesterday when my order was missing an item and Maggie so graciously refunded my order today when my son put the order in to the wrong Panera. Thank you both for your kindness and outstanding customer service from a very appreciative customer!

Came here with a friend for lunch. We placed separate orders, each with 4 items. They forgot half of both of our orders and we became frustrated. However, what made this restaurant amazing, was the manager! He helped solve the problem and delivered us our food to the table! He was so kind and apologetic and I will still come to this establishment despite that issue. This is the only time that has happened, other than that I have only had pleasant experiences at this location.

I had a little mishap happen here (order didn't go through the kiosk and had to be re-rung). Upon returning home, I realized I had been charged for 2 orders (the one that didn't go through and the second one).A manager name Akia, the sweetest, most patient lady, spend so much time researching and doing everything she could to find and refund me the transaction. In fact, she refunded me both transactions.I will gladly go here again just to support Akia and her awesome staff. Thank you!

I just ordered 70 dollars of food for delivery. I was missing ALL of my sides. Food is good, if you receive it.

They never have anything stocked here. As a coffee club member I enjoy coming in quickly, ordering through the self kiosk, grabbing my coffee and heading out but it never fails that the cups aren’t stocked at the self kiosks so you end up having to wait in the long line anyways, the iced coffee and half/half is always out, and the lids/straws are never stocked either. Not really sure why this one location is always like this but definitely makes for not a quick in and out experience when you’re constantly having to ask for items to be restocked/refilled.

We got 2 bowls. For the price I don't feel like you get much but the Mediterranean bowls were good. As a chain you know what you get at all the panera so things are standardized. Good overall. Clean restrooms too.

Last Thursday when I was in that store I ordered a bread bowl with Vegetable soup. I was told that they didn't have that on that day.. The gal then asked if I wanted corn chowder and I loved that idea and purchased it. When I got home and put it together I discovered that it was Mexican corn chowder and for me quite spicy. I cant eat anything spicy because of a medical condition. I dumped out the chowder and munched on the bread. the bread was very good but I needed more than that for lunch... So at the moment I am not a fan of Panera.
