Gotta say the staff here were champs. We just got turned away at Chili's because the manager told us they didn't have the staff to handle a party of ten. Called Olive Garden down the street and they said come on in, we'll do our best.At 9 o'clock at night they took ten very hungry loud guys, gave us great service, the food was hot and fresh, and they served us quickly. And our server was a young lady who had been on the job for three weeks! Couldn't tell. She just took it all in, smiled and rolled with our rowdiness. Glad we tipped her well though. Anyway, thanks Olive Garden staff for making this a great night. We get together twice a year and Chili's almost killed our night. Y'all saved it.
Great Italian restaurant with wide variety of option available for food or drink. I love their soup and salads.
Uncooked food deserves 0 Stars. I ordered calamari and they were so bad that I am never going back to Olive Garden again. First, they were uncooked. Second, too sour and lastly, the coating was too thick. I’m so disappointed with them. Even the pasta which was ok I would say was dry even when I asked for extra sauce. The portion of chicken was too less for the quantity of pasta on the plate.Now I think Olive Garden is just expensive over hyped chain.
My latest experience with this establishment was indescribable. Such unfathomable mistreatment of employees, little patience to customers including myself. Which was shocking because this restaurant is usually highly praised. I overheard a head of staff whose name is Jen, tell an employee that she does not care about the employees diagnosed medical issue and that all she cares about is that she makes her money and walked away without a second glance. On top of which, when jen brought out my food instead of gently placing my food down on the table she threw the plates down aggressively spilling my soup on my bread. Not apologizing or even acknowledging the rude and unnecessary actions. Above all else, the delay time of when I got my order taken, received my food, and saw a single staff member was outrageous. Honestly, it was probably 25 minutes between being seated and my order being taken. I understand being caught up with other customers. However, treating customers with courtesy and respect was not shown in the slightest recently. If you take the time to read this, I would highly recommend finding another establishment if you are seeking an enjoyable evening. 10/10 would not recommend.
The waiter we had was awesome. The food was good. My only complaint is that the women's bathroom smelled like cat pee. We were a party of 10, included in that was 3 kids. Waiter took interest in our party and complimented my granddaughter on her use of manners!
Server Chris is fast, hilarious, and made the whole experience memorable!!! Date night with my fiance was Fun! Food is delicious, and this Olive Garden has the best service I have ever experienced at this chain restaurant!
Service was pleasant and knowledgeable. The food was we prepared and up to Olive Garden standards. The add on take home $5meals were packaged excellently with easy to follow instructions.We were charged $2.99 for turning on the table game/payment device. That sucked. Overall the price of the dinner was a little too high. 3 people (one drink one dessert $100 with tip). Not the greatest value.
One of the best experiences I've had at a restaurant since COVID started. Service was fantastic start to finish, staff members didn't look miserable to be there. Food was hot and prompt. Thanks for a great dinner!
New review: 20 minutes for luke warm kids Mac and cheese with way overcooked mushy broccoli, tour of Italy was hot, they somehow broke the Alfredo (think crumbly chunky sauce), and the presentation was very sloppy. The salad had wilted lettuce. The manager did take care of some of the bill, so recuperated a star. I have been coming to this Olive Garden since I was a child. Everytime I think about Olive Garden I picture the best garlic bread along with the freshest salad I've ever had. 20 years later it hasn't disappointed me. I usually get the chicken Alfredo; I decided to try something different and it was delicious. Eggplant was to die for!!!! Staff was very friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean and neat. Glad this place is still holding up.
