This has got to be literally one of the worst if not the worst McDonald's locations in the area. Let's start with their hours are terrible. The close early and I'm not just talking about business being closed at 11 pm being early for a McDonald's I'm saying that they actually literally turn of the lights and act like they aren't there for the last 20 minutes of business. Several times I've gone with reasonable time before closing and go to the drive through and they won't answer. Even though there are people waiting at the pickup window!The last straw for me was my last visit where all I wanted was two McDoubles and one small fry. The McDoubles I got had no mustard which I thought was odd. Then I tasted the ketchup and it was flat out fermented and rancid. I took one bite and was just disgusted and put it directly in the trash and just went hungry.I'd recommend literally taking a hike up on the same literal road to the one on west center street next to the court house and go there instead or hit the highway and go to the one in vernon just over the manchester line. This place is just flat out disgusting and for a person that gets something from mcdonalds maybe once or twice a week I can tell you something is definitely wrong here.
Cashier should order herself a super size order of personality.. No hello, no thank you, miss Mickds of the old days when Customerservice was actually memorable.
Just ordered a couple cones for the road - took over 20 minutes. Order accepted, given a number then disappeared. Was told we didn't pay - never asked for payment. This McDonald's has horrible service. Yet again sorry we tried to save time by stopping here. Wendy's is just down the street!!
Never open at 6 like the website says. If you do stop by they tell you they only serve beverages, horrible.
Not quite sure what happened. Waited 18 minutes for our order. I've been here during the day and had good service. Seems like at night all they were more worried about the drive thru. The manager was even there but didn't seem to worry about the dine in either. If you dine in.... Don't sit down until you get your food or they will forget you.
Will never go there anymore. Ordered food in the Drive-Thru and the car cut me off to get get ahead of me. As I'm waiting I see the employee give the woman my food. The woman goes through the bag and realized it wasn't her food. When I got to the window they tried to rebag my food and give it to me. I said no I wanted them to remake my food fresh. After almost 3 minutes they came back to give me the same bag with the stale fries in it as if I didn't know what they did. I demanded my money back and never going there again. They are a very unprofessional. Talking and being on their phones are more important. Very disgusted with them.
Worst 10$ Fish meal in CT. Fish sandwich at McDonald's is a staple.. First time ever served without a streamed bun!! Ruined my lunch break! Never again
