Very understaffed. The staff was very nice but extremely overwhelmed. Orders were messed up and not made properly.Kid-friendliness: One of the staff made sure the kids got a sticker and a smile even thought she was new and overwhelmed. Wheelchair accessibility: You can get a wheelchair in the restaurant but you have to hold open the doors yourself.
Last week they didn’t have change so they shorted us. I hope you at least donated the stolen money to Ronald McDonald house. Next time put a sign so people can make alternate plans to pay
Not a great layout for late night snacking. The line is 10 cars long and moves at snails pace. Considering this happens so frequently, one would think that it would be addressed by adding more team members to the roster during the busy time. Thus far, that has not been the case.
This place should be shut down. Staff are the worst, pays no attention to the customer, took 13 minutes for my meal so the staff just stood around playing on their phones.What they could have been doing is cleaning up this trash hole, sticky floors, sticky counters, something smeared on the plexiglass shield. I guess if you have no standards and are homeless then this place would be for you.
Cripsy chicken (and other items, I'd assume) is the minimum price here. It's also a good place with friendly servers and outdoor seating
Horrible staff doesn’t know how to respect customers also. Poor service want to have extra money for everything. Boss need to take care as it is bad for business. I am owner of so many gas stations but I never get this kind of humiliation from no where. I pay them and didn’t want to eat there food just leave it for them for poor service.
All the food was a bit rubbery as if it had been microwaved, but it wasnt hot. Been seeing a decline in the food quality over the last year or so.
Quick service so what more can you ask for from a McDonald's? The food was hot and hash brown crispy and the drinks cold with less ice like I ordered. Despite 10+ cars in line in the drive through I had my order in minutes!
sketchy service at this restaurant. every time we go there...(out of convenience), food is always missing from the order. example: i ordered 2 #7 meals yesterday. i was handed 4 cheeseburgers in a bag. when i asked for the rest of the meal, they said, "oh yeah. hold on...." really?
I told them no onions on my burger and still received onions. I have a food allergy so I couldn't eat my food. Not the first time this has happened so I won't be going here again
