I must say the spinach and mushroom omelet was outstanding up until the eyelash that was stuck in the cheese at the bottom of plate. Lovely waitress brought the napkin with lash back to kitchen. However, nothing was done, no manager, no nothing. Not looking to hand out, however it would have been nice if the management on duty Angel/Tina or so I was told, took the time to see what the issue was so that they could correct the cooking staff. I will not blame the waitress for plating issues, that's the kitchen. Going to be hard press to get me to spend any more of my hard earned COVID dollars at this place.
Ate there last week, very very busy branch of IHOP for sure but the line moves fast. We ordered our breakfast meals and I'm not kidding when i tell you that all the meals were on the table in less than 10 minutes. Blew my mind honestly because the place was packed.
This is our third time going and the last two times we went we like it better, this time it went ok not the best but no regrets. They took long to take our order and the food took kind of long to come out and got not even once a refill for my coffee we had to ask for spoon and fork because they didn’t give us. I hope next time I go it will be better service. But the breakfast was delicious!! Thank god ?
I like IHOP. Good pancakes for reasonable prices.
In one visit, I received burned pancakes ? and the third time they were falling apart. My husband's pancake was black. They manager remade the pancakes and they weren't burned but they were falling apart. I will be returning to the IHOP in Bloomfield. I have never seen turkey bacon cooked so greasy and undercooked.
Best experience I had at an IHOP restaurant so far! My husband and I went there a few minutes before closing time, and they still took care of us with a friendly smile and the best customer service someone could ask for. The food was delicious but the true gem are their employees. I'm still wowed by how welcoming our server and all of the employees were. Even our dog got water for the road, our baby Sandy felt the happiest. I wish I could remember our server's name, because she is soooo sweet and professional. But at least I remember her sister's, who also works there: Angel!God bless you both! We really had the best time thanks to you.
Out of ingredients and slow service.
The waitress: attentive, courteous. Waiting time : 3 minutes to take the order and bring beverages. Food : fresh, well cooked, expectations met. Waiting time to have food on our table: 40 minutes. If you have nothing else to do , it’s a great place to eat . Otherwise, I suggest you to go somewhere else.
These were the best omelets we have ever had!! The egg was light and fluffy and it was plenty of cheese, spinach and tomatoes. Flavor was amazing!!
I had been going here for years but.. the Quality has dropped. I had the usual blueberry pancake and it was most disgusting. The sizes are smaller and the chef they now have don't seem to know how to make the pancakes. There are other breakfast places with better quality. IHOP needs to fix their product quality
