I went here with my husband last weekend and our waitress Jordan was amazing! She was super attentive and made sure we were well taken care of. It was my first time at a hooters and she made me feel so welcome. We love Jordan!
I have been to many locations and this one is by far the dirtiest. Basic cleaning would do wonders, every table has old sauce crusted on the walls behind the paper towel holder. Most of the table tops where dirty and it wasnt busy. We even had to adk out table to be cleaned. Plexiglass dividers are very dirty. I would never return to this location again.
Hooters in Manchester CT was top notch. Chef made us the Cajun wings that are no longer on the menu they were fantastic. The Garlic Parmesan was fantastic as well. Service all around was too notch. It's a well run establishment. Hooters isn't just about the girls, their food in general rivals any competition. Highly recommended family fare
Food is good most of the time. This weekend ordered for pickup and the order was missing several items. Therefore I had to wait for them which cause all the other items to be below average. They didn't seem to care and was not even told how long it would take to make the items so after 20 minutes ordered was complete. Maybe we will try this location again in a year or so.
This location has thee freshest wings I've ever eaten. I eat A LOT of chicken wings. Came here after work with guys and we devoured over 50 wings. All of us agreed, this is the spot! Plus Dominique was running lunch by herself like a gosh darn ROCKSTAR?. The managers were also friendly and helping to make sure service was swift. Good job Manchester!

Food and service is always great at this location but the prices are getting too damn high.
Not known for food and it showed. We had a new waitress and it might be her first job in waitressing. They were out of some food items and that's pretty much the new norm. The ceiling fans were on and cooled the food down in no time. The item I ordered was nothing like the menu photo so it's misleading. The manager was nice enough to take off a little on the pitcher of beer ? ?. Go for the TV and scenery and have an OKAY time. I didn't think the wings were good. Bonchon or KFC is 100 times better ?
Really good beer selection and a friendly atmosphere. Fries were good too. Not overly crowded or loud.
