I work in the mall and every time i come here nobody is here. I came to get a coffee today with my coworker and i we have been waiting for 20-30 minutes with no one here. We have seen multiple customers come up to see no one here and leave. I even tried calling and i was hung up on THREE times!Update: a young girl walked over giggling with another young boy when they saw customers waiting and said no wayyy. To make matters worse she didn’t even wash her hands while making the drinks after touching change and using her phone.If i could give this place zero stars i would. Don’t come here if u like yourself and even if you did there would probably be no one here to help you lol
This place is amazing! The coffees are sooooo good ? We took the white chocolate caramel latte and the pistachio caramel latte, and they taste heavenly ??? Wayyyy better than Dunkin and Starbucks.Surely gonna come again. If you're anywhere near the mall area, and craving for some delicious coffee, definitely check this place out. They also have muffins and other varieties of hot and cold coffees. A must try for coffee lovers...
The coffee tastes great! They have a lot of options. The staff are friendly. Would definitely recommend!
I love Gloria Jean Coffees especially the mocha coconut chiller. I gave it a 3 ratings because on multiple occasions there was a couple of employees (possibly the same one) at the buckland hill mall that had walked off with customers waiting to talk to their friends or be on their phone.Usually when they are on break there's usually a sign saying so. As we speak ive been waiting quite a while. The young lady sees me and another person waiting but her and her friend keeps looking over chuckling.....update after 15 minutes she came back to take our order and it wasn't even a friendly greeting. She also walked back to her friend at which they both were staring. Really disappointed not only was the service poor but my drink wasn't good either. Even without a wait that drink was not worth it.I do want to note that not all of the employees are like this. Usually i have a pleasant experience. Management probably should reevaluate the employees.
Terrible customer service. The woman who is working is too busy talking to her friend at Pagoda. She continues to look over at the Gloria Jeans Stand and look away and seems to want to refuse to serve my wife and I.Granted this woman isn't the normal person I've seen work here, she must be new, but her prioritizing talking with her friend, rather than working and helping her customers is inexcusable.I've been waiting here for over 15 minutes, no line, no other customers, no real reason other than her talking to her friend at Pagoda, before being helped.
I do not mind spending my hard earned $$$ @ Gloria Jeans in the Buckland Hills mall. I frequent here with my family, friends and co-workers. My beverage orders have never been prepared incorrectly, the to taste temperature is always 'just right' ...I always receive friendly, fast accurate & efficient service from the lovely staff here while trying to manage my time well when I have a hankering for my Gloria Jeans coffee. I have the utmost respect for the staff at this particular location, can't really share enough praise for the team as I've countlessly witnessed them mostly staffed or short staffed seamlessly glide through their kitchen and tend to multiple customers pleasantly. Worth the $$$.
