I waited an hour for my food but idc it was amazing !! Young lady that answered the phone was so polite & I asked her to make sure no fat was in meat & she sure did!
Worse place to order food not only the food was not cool Al the way the forgot to put the egg roll I order so when I call the restaurant the front lady told that she put inside the bag that I was lying will never eat here again

Used to order here regularly until they gave me reheated food, it wasn’t even what I ordered and the chicken never really crispy how I like it.
Food is usually good I haven’t experienced any bad service or food. I have no complains, they accommodate all the things I love and enjoy into w.e it is I order every time with no complains and make it good.
Moved to Manchester from Hartford this past year I was going back there to get food until my girl got me hip to these guys chicken wings are awesome and the house fried rice have to try more things but definitely enjoyed the things I have tried thank you empire ❤️
Their one of the best Chinese spots in Manchester Ct. Def recomend.

I’m a vegan and I give them a 10/10 love their tofu, broccoli sesame noodles veggie soup too we order from here at least twice a week great hard working people great service no complaints ever.EDIT I see a lot of negative reviews about delivery I’m pretty sure there are only two drivers and they are a very very busy store I understand not wanting to wait for food for more than an hour or so but just figured as a regular for over a year eating here sometimes weekly they do their best and I appreciate them for that!
