Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever! Two employees were sitting outside, ran inside to take drive thru orders, and totally ignored us as walk-in! Place was so dirty, and disgusting, left did not order.
Was not happy with my breakfast. They did substituted bacon for sausage per my request but bacon was burnt and so was the croissant.
This Place sucks they always get my order wrong, they all be in there talking & laughing on they phone not paying attention, & no one ever answers the phone, when you call to complain

Found hair in my drink. Told corporate about the issue and they said the owner of this location would contact me. The owner called and was very dismissive. I’ve been here a few times before and they’re very inconsistent. After finding the hair I wont be coming back. Clearly they don’t value quality control or customer feeback.
The Airport Rd location is fantastic.
