Really friendly service and very quick!
Went through drive thru 6/27 around 9am and the young lady at the drive thru was very disrespectful. She shouldn’t be working drive thru if she doesn’t know how to talk to customers. Also If a customer goes to complain to a manager it’s not a good idea to go on and on running your mouth in the background. Very unprofessional! There’s a time and place for that and the workplace is not it.

If I could give less than one star I would. I tried to buy coffee using my app for the car behind me and the Hispanic woman working at the counter got so angry and told me I was holding up the line. I explain to her I was trying to do something nice and she was so mean about it I was so upset it ruined my day. I let corporate know and they did not even respond to my complaint. I no longer go to that Dunkin and instead take my business to Oakland Street which is owned by a different person.
food was ice cold coffee was lukewarm forgot half my order
I'm not a huge fan of DD the percentage of screw ups is way to high. MILK AND CREAM are not the same thing.
Going through the drive through and at the window there was a girl making food and she saw that there was an order and says to herself “ugh stop coming to Dunkin’ like some fata$$es!!” And the girl handing us our food looked like she didn’t care for the job. Hearing someone yelling and cussing in the background. My food was cold. My boyfriend food was dripping in grease and flavorless. Like you need customers to come in so you can get paid… I’m sorry the customer service was terrible…

yes I love this place I go to all of those in donuts and I love them so I don't know where they get their why I hated this place I don't hate this place I live right here in Manchester I don't even know which one I think I know it is maybe I'll get a free donut and I'm just kidding you a coffee or something I'm cheesing I really think a lot of you guys and then gee thanks so much I'd give you $10 if I could you have a nice day and a better night
I had a bad experience here. The lady was rude and saying bad words out loud. She didn't even look at the line to help the customers. So I left because nobody wants to drink coffee from a person like that.
