Stopped for egg and cheese wrap and a soda. I do feel now that the wrap is overpriced. They are worth the 2 for $2 but to pay over $2 for 1 wrap is a bit pricey
This place is honestly so ghetto. They take your order with an attitude but can’t handle an attitude given back, also make your order disgusting out of retaliation. Constantly forget food. Evening manager is rude, female with fake braids.Don’t waste your time coming to this DD. Even orders done in grub hub can’t even be done right lol get it together
how do u run a dunkin donutss with no cups ?? not the 1st time this has happened probably not the last. shittiest dunkin ever . employees are rude place is dingy and dirty all around fail
If you want your coffee made right don't go here promise they mess it up every time. Use never had my order right at this store
Check your receipts!!! Ordered two bottles of water and they rang them up separately, two different prices for the same item! I drove around to show them my receipts and they claimed “they rang up one bottle wrong and just gave it to me”. One was charged $1.59, the other was charged $2.79. Water is water! — Don’t appreciate two different prices for the same item! And rather than correct it, to be told “they just gave it to me”. That’s a lie ? and laziness. To be clear, I wasn’t given anything for free!! I paid for my purchases!
We went to buy 3 coffees through drive thru tonight. We ordered and we're told by the clerk who was at back door smoking a marajuana joint, that they weren't going to make another pot of coffee for us. So I asked him if he was saying that he wasn't going to make our irder he said yes that's what I'm saying. Smoking a joint on company time but couldn't make us some coffee! So we had to drive to the Center Street location, they made us a fresh pot and said no problem when we thanked them. So the owners are different company I asked. Center Street and Deming Street are affiliated, I don't recommend Oakland Stret. And plan on calling their management and corporate.
They all pretty good in getting your order right I've had a few times were it seem to have not put the exact sugar in my coffee but other then that the drive-thru is pretty fast

The worst managers I've ever seen in a DD, terrible attitudes and customer service. I give this loc a 3 because it's very busy and the employees try and work hard. The blue shirts are just @ss.
Nice place for quick coffee break
