This location can go either way with good service or bad service. Sunday is when the service seems to stink the worst. One Sunday at 4 o’clock I ordered a bagel at the drive-through and was told there were no bagels but when I got to the window to pick up my drink someone was carrying around an entire garbage bag filled with bagels. Since they did not close for several more hours it seemed a little early to be throwing all the food away. This Sunday I went to the drive-through and they had very few of their cold drinks available and when I went to the window to pay for what I did order the cashier was rude as she snapped my card out of my hand and then shoved it back into my hand when she was done ringing up the order. Next she then handed me my beverage and turned away immediately and strode off and didn’t even acknowledge my thank you or say thank you herself. Sundays are definitely bad with rude employees and numerous items not available.
Always friendly, good at listening to orders and gets them right the first time. Never have a problem here. Quick service too.
Wow. Fantastic place. Who needs donuts anyway? Every time I come at night. No donuts at all!! Except the few stale, hard, leftovers. I'll take it!!

Waited 20 minutes in line and then they neglected to give me a straw for iced coffee and left the tomatoes off of my hummus and roasted tomatoes toast. They were also already out of coffee rolls by 1030am. Ugh
Coffee was good, donuts were Dunkin standard, service was as slow as every other Dunkin in the world.
I was a regular customer there until this past week. When my hot coffee was handed to me at the Drive Through Window the lid was not fastened properly so it spilled all over my hand, pants and car seat. I asked the girl for a wet towel so I could clean up the mess and she refused! ?

My husband ordered Dunkin through the app to be delivered by door dash from this location. Everything was fine except one major thing. The 1 hot coffee that we ordered was not secured properly and spilled ALL OVER. I am enclosing pictures of everything. I could blame the delivery service but, Dunkin is usually very good at securing the cups. Half my coffee was gone before I could even drink it!! Not cool. You guys need to make sure every person who packs the orders knows how to secure the lids so there is no spillage. It was a mess and got all over everything else. We have been stuck at the house and have to order or else I’d be driving there to pick it up normally. This was the worst experience we have had.
Staff is slow, rude, and don’t seem that they want to work. They claim that they don’t have something If they don’t feel like they want to do it. On two separate incidents, i orders a decaf box o jo and both times they claim that they don’t have it. Probably because they don’t want to brew it. On both incidents I ordered online to give them enough lead time (20 min) but they never got it ready.
