I've been coming to this dunkin for over 3 years now. The individuals at the window are NEVER friendly they hand you your food and close the window. Regardless of anything you are working with the public therefore good customer service is expected. Please do better. Today I went to get breakfast before heading into work and found myself biting into a cold wake up wrap. I went to grab for the second one in hopes to have a different experience just to have the same problem. I finally get to work looking forward to warming up my breakfast to then eat just to then find a long blonde hair in it. My hair isn't blonde nor is it long (I have a pixie cut). Today was the final straw and moving forward I will be going else where for my breakfast.Note to management: Hire better people who actually care to do the jobs they're getting paid to do.

The drive thru is good, but going inside is always frustrating. You can’t see the donuts - there’s only display ones in the case - so it’s hard to pick your donuts. The last 3 visits they haven’t had frosted donuts at 8am.
An Employee named Sam doubled up our order, and then instead of refunding the order, she took our card again and double charged it. Then she gave me and my girlfriend attitude when we asked her why she was acting like this. We walked out with no food, and two charges of $26.99 on our credit card.... I've contacted customer service, and my credit card company. Not only am I pursing this fraudulent transaction, but I plan to hold Sam fully accountable for her actions. I had to go down the road to a different Dunkin donuts, which they got my order right, and were friendly. Looks like I'll be going there from now on.... How disappointing...

The employees there are rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never step foot there again and I will make sure no one I know goes there.
I give the staff 5 stars because they are excellent. They know there customers well. I drive up and they know my order before I can say what I want lol.. Also on there most busy days the drive thru is long. I don't mind waiting because they are fast and efficient. They work well together as a Dunkin team ?. Whomever owns this Dunkin should be proud of the staff they have and they deserve recognition for there efforts. Thank you, Happy customer ?
Ordered sour dough breakfast sandwich. The bread was smaller and rounded, closer to the shape and size of the eggs. Also, tasted like rye not sourdough. I was disappointed. I also got the large sugar-free iced tea with 6 pumps of raspberry. Delicious!
