We are so glad they returned past COVID.We love the security and the swipe cards. My near 6 year olds have enjoyed this one in Manchester CT since they were 2. They have a blast and beg for rainy days so we can go ?On this particular visit, the staff went above and beyond and it was noticeable and appreciated.
What a great experience by five year old grandson had a blast of a birthday party there
Love the wrist band we always have the place to ourselves. The kids that work there seem bothered to work but that's most kids nowadays. They aren't rude just not friendly
I have to say I never order the food, but my son was at a party and my girls wanted pizza. The stuffed crust was so delicious! It had a garlic buumtter crust. It was great! The staff was amazing and helpful! Definitely was impressed with this visit!
It was better when it had the tubes. Kids had a good ish time but I wasn't impressed.
This is our favorite local Chuck E. Cheese location. My children were just so happy to see Chuck E. Cheese and to play the games! At the time we went the place was not too crowded. The bathrooms other facilities were generally clean and the staff helpful and courteous. We'll definitely be going back.
My to go to place with my son! I give it a 4 star because its very clean & there's this one girl at the counter when you're about to change your tickets for toys who is AMAZING!! Has the best patience while kids are picking & choosing their toys because they are so overwhelmed by all they see! Mind you there is a line waiting to choose their toys as well! Tired parents who just want to leave & cranky kids who are tired & most likely need a nap after being here. I didnt give it a 5 star ONLY because I & A LOT OF OTHERS notice 1 employee in particular who was a man tapping his card on games & walking away! Now he went around THE WHOLE PLACE TAPPING ON ALL MACHINES! So if a particular other wanted to play a game he had tapped the tickets were guna be his instead of who was trying to play it!! THAT IS JUST NOT RIGHT ! I hope he gets caught!!! What an A***OLE!..So just becareful!!..

I havent been in many years and I honestly regret taking my kids there. A lot of things have changed! I went yesterday with my two kids. No one was at entrance to get the stamp in our hands. I had to ask a worker if they were still doing that so 30 mins later we got our hands stamped. I had to waited 15min in line before I could place my order because the worker at the cash register was on the phone taking some else order thru the phone. The price for food and games are extremely expensive. I order a #3 for $40 ( medium pizza, 4pcs wings and two small drinks) I got the pizza 45 min later and my wings (4pcs ONLY) an hr later smh. Some games werent working. Some people were wearing mask and some others weren’t and by the time we left nobody was by the entrance/exit (again) to confirm we belong to the same group. This particular location has only kids working there. I will NEVER take my kids there again!!!
