DO NOT DELIVER FOR THIS PLACE!!! Sure, the orders are decently priced. I've only declined a few of them for Doordash. But the WAIT is INSANE! 20+ minutes for a quesadilla and the employees will just look at me occasionally with my red bag in hand. I asked them before why they don't use their rack to just place completed orders on, and apparently they have an issue of food being stolen. Understandable, so why not just place the rack behind the counter or something and ask for verification before an order can be taken? The line is consistently out of the door. I've had multiple orders here that I've just unassigned after waiting wayyyy too long for (at minimum 10 minutes). I'm not going to say any names, but there are a few employees here that when I see them, I know it's going to be one of those slow orders. They have no enthusiasm, no speed at all. Look, I get it if you're short staffed. But either these employees are drained because they're not encouraged enough or they're overworked. I have ran into a few other dashers and people at other restaurants that were previous employees that all told me the same thing - Chipotle prioritizes mobile orders over delivery orders. So you could've placed your delivery order first but if they get even 1 order for take out, they'll do that one first and either let your food half complete sit out or they won't even start it at all. I do deliveries from Enfield all the way down to Andover, and this is the ONLY Chipotle location that has this issue! More and more dashers are avoiding this place. They need to either give us our food to deliver more quickly or stop delivering via Doordash so they can support the customers they're getting.

Your typical Chipotle. Nothing fancy or special. Kids love it. Food is decent. Tables are typically mildly dirty and need a wipe down before you sit. The take out or pickup situation is mildly aggravating, where people walk in and go straight to the cashier to pick up their food while people are trying to chrck out and pay. Feels like it makes a slow line even slower during busy times. They also had the cashier pulling food from the back and cooler for serving line. Seems a little less than ideal or sanitary. Will be back but prepared to check any high expectations at the door.

We ordered online for pick up and we're rather disappointed. Store is definitely understaffed and the people working there are struggling to keep up with demand. We all didn't get the tomato salsa on our orders, the burritos were a mess, and everything was cold despite the order not being ready when we arrived. The portions were all off- too much rice, not enough protein. Salad dressing was not included. App also said chips were unavailable but plenty were available in the store. Everyone working seemed stressed but was doing their best.

2 stars for poor customer service. I’ve been here several times and will start going to other Chipotle locations whenever the craving comes up. Long lines with wait times up to 40 mins if you’re the last one by the door. No other Chipotle I’ve been to moves the line as slowly as this one. Something is off about the system this particular location uses because all the other Chipotle restaurants are facing the same staffing shortages, yet this one can’t seem to figure it out.Based on the service I’ve experienced (and others too according to their reviews), the ideal customer at this location is someone who doesn’t mind paying $15 and waiting 30-45 mins for fast” food that may or may not have all the advertised items in stock.

This is a normal chipotle with wonderful staff. Everything we got was nice and fresh (the new chicken was also excellent), but they were having trouble keeping up during the lunch run so maybe plan to be there an extra few minutes when you go. That said it’s really no big deal and I can’t wait to be back!

They were very busy when I visited so the wait was understandable. I did order ahead and arrived a few minutes early and waited about 15 minutes after I arrived before I got my food. At first they seemed to not have my order but then my name was called. When I got back to my car and opened the container, there was the smallest amount of lettuce, almost no chicken, and the cheese was scarce (i’d ordered double). I understand it was busy, but the least they could do was at least give me $13 worth of food, not $5.

Went to this location for the first time. Service was quick and Good . All the food was very fresh and good and properly stocked up.For chicken they didn't have all the options Mentioned but it was a nice take out option.

This location is the WORST chipotle I have ever been to. They are out of hard taco shells and tortilla chips EVERY time I Order. How can you possibly run out of these items that often? Just realize you need more and make a change. I often drive twice the distance to the Glastonbury location so that I can order what I actually want.

No word more aptly captures our utter discontent with this Chipotle location more so than "disgusting." While in line, one may take note of the whispering glint of light outside as it fumbles through the opaque grease and fingerprints scattered across the front windows. While ordering, one may pause at the grime pervading the food station, question the logic of employees with half-off masks, and sigh at the myriad instances of cross-contamination. And while paying, one must confront the inescapable filth -- demanded to interact it while using a credit card reader exuding dirtiness and neglect. And after waiting -- albeit with a discomfortable endurance as the staff shares a litany of expletives befitting an environment of a high school cafeteria -- one must again toil with the gross reality of this location. Food particles litter each and every bench, chair, and surface. Indeed, the utensil area was not safe from the onslaught of nastiness. A lack of basic eating necessities -- napkins and forks -- demonstrates the total inability of the more-than-heavily-staffed location to attend to even simple clean-up and replenishment measures. If cleanliness is not of much primacy to you, let us transition to the food. Alas, overcooked chicken, cold rice, lukewarm queso, poorly constructed burritos, and unjustified prices welcome you with open arms.Think carefully before electing to visit this branch.1/5.

Way to crowded and I couldn't figure out exactly all I wanted in my bowl. It's been a while since I've been to a Chipotle restaurant. The portions have definitely gotten very small. I haven't dug in yet to eat it. I hope that it's good.
