Couldn't not believe how gross these kitchen folks have gotten. Cold food. Wrong orders, stale fries. I was in shock. Waiter wasn't too attentive either, had to ask another waiter to please find our waiter for refills and FOR THE CHECK!!! FINALLY, he punched in the final items in his computer and I was able to use the kiosk but still GEEESSSHHHH.
If you like New England clam chowder, you'll love it here. It's fresh, not canned and had a perfect consistency. I ate my entire chicken, shrimp and steak fajita and it was great. I had a blackberry margarita and wow, yum. You should go here if you're thinking about it.
Food was good, same as always. Not great but consistently good. Service was good. They honestly have the nastiest bathrooms i have ever seen at a restaurant. This is every time I visit. They are dated and stink at most chili's but this is always dirty as well. Every stall and even sinks. I will not be coming here anymore.
Food was terrible, server brought in food that wasn’t mine to another table that ordered the food. Texas Cheese fries are the blandest of any “fries” dish ever, steak was subpar, and the chicken tenders were oily and tasteless. Had a dessert come with my meal but eventually decided not to take it because the food was so bad. Do not come in the afternoon. Only would recommend if you wanted terrible food.
I typically will eat here when it’s delivered by door dash. Never once have they actually given me my full order that I request and pay for. It literally took them over 1 hour and 20 minutes to complete my order tonight. That’s not delivery, that’s them cooking my order. The first door dash driver left because he had to wait so long. Finally, I received my order from a second dasher over 2 hours later (I’m 10 min down the road). I open the bag only to find most of my order is missing! My entire meal, an appetizer, my wife’s salad with all the fixings/dressing and drinks are missing. They wrote on the receipt, “sorry but they’re of burgers and salad”. Really!? If this is the case, they should’ve at least notified me. The food that did come, was cooked wrong, tasted bad, and extremely small portions. I’m not a picky person, which is why I have continued to give them my business even though they mess something up every single time, but this was the last straw! Absolutely horrible experience with this location. If you want decent food, or better yet, just the food you ordered, go some where else!
My son and I came here for lunch and they have a server named Lloyd who is an absolute rock star!! He was the only one working a d had like 6 tables with more people coming in and he got everyone seated and taken care of in a timely manner for being the only one working!! Oh and the food is always great too!
We sat at the bar area on Monday around 2ish. Our server/bartender was really nice and attentive, food came out great! Really enjoyed it. Shout out to Debbie Curtis GM and her team for a good management team (we saw her name in the front of the building).
Manager and wait staff were very unprofessional. The waitress walked away from me in the middle of my order, because she didn't like the conversation people in my party were having. The Manager refused to accommodate my request when I have had that request fulfilled 2 days ago. Maybe this was because we were a group of 6 African Americans ?

Would not seat our Party because one person missing. Hour wait. Would have made it worth them seating us, went elsewhere after. Good food and service otherwise.
