I started coming back this year and boy am I glad I did. First off I have only ever had the stacker sandwich. Great chicken on a truly phenomenal waffle. I have had almost every sauce on it and yet to be disappointed. The side items are great, however dipping sauce seems to be an after thought. Push an upsell on this guys. A sweet pepper jelly would be great with poppers, also cold marinara sauce is not great for mozzarella sticks in my opinion. That waffle tho... Many people from my job order from here once a week and no one has ever complained. It's not fancy nor cheap but what you get is definitely worth the price. Try it you won't be disappointed.
Ordered from this place so many times I can’t count! Not one single time have I been upset with their food, literally this is my friends from Boston go to brunch every time he comes over. Cheeks is absolutely phenomenal and I wouldn’t get my chicken and waffles anywhere else. The complaints here are out of their minds and probably a bunch of Karen’s. Thanks Cheeks for staying delish!!!!!
I don’t understand the bad reviewss I’ve ordered so many times in the past 4 years my favorite is the chicken and waffles the wings are unmatched Mac and cheese taste home made sooooo goooodddd mistakes can be made we are all human but we love us some cheeks chicken!!
Cheeks used to be one of the best chicken spots. However, as of lately their food has been less than subpar and the prices have increased substantially. It is too bad because I used to love this place but unfortunately all good things must come to an end. I just recently got food and I am beyond disappointed. I won't be getting any food from this Cheeks again.
Great food, friendly staff. Reading some of these reviews show you how miserable people are I have been coming here for years every time my order been correct they go above and beyond to make sure you are Satisfied. Some of these reviews with false information is really sad! Keep up the good work Cheek’s Chicken definitely a STAPLE in the Manchester community.

It was my first time trying this place. I’ve always wanted to try it. The fried pickles were awesome! The chicken was crispy and cooked well. My only disappointment was the waffle. It was much smaller than expected and under cooked and gummy. The flavor was there but I had wished it was crispy and soft. Maybe next time!
the children there can’t take a proper order and when their wrong they make the customer pay. I will be disputing charges on my card.Highly allergic to pickles they put it on my food. As well as some sauce I DID not ask for. The pretend manager does not care for customers just himself and the food isn’t that great to treat your customers disrespectfully.
We've ordered here every couple weeks for the last year because we love their chicken. Tonight we ordered and got a call from the manager saying that he'll "let us get the sides of sauce for free this time" but we'd have to pay in the future. There's no option on Doordash to do that so I called back to ask how to do that in the future since I don't care about spending the extra 50¢. The manager claimed we need to reach out to Doordash to get that added...on his menu...for his restaurant since he'd go broke giving away free sauce. He was pretty rude so I asked that he not scold us for something we have no control of and he started to go off claiming he wouldn't give us free sauce anymore etc. It's a shame when service gets in the way of pretty good food but I can count on one hand how many times I've been treated that way. Guess we're not going back...Update: the owner was nice enough to reach out and address the issue. I stated we weren't out to get anything for free but just highlight the issue with the manager
A little pricey. Customer service could be better. The food however is excellent. Definetly one of the top five chicken places I've been to in CT and the best waffle I've ever had. The sweet and savory together is an excellent combination.
