No public restrooms. How can they screw up something so basic for a fast food joint?
I visit this location weekly for lunch. I always dine in always get food food and a smile from the manager or any other employee working here. I use the app for best deals.

If BK were selling product they were proud of, they would close this store NOW! Instead, because the workers are soooo absolutely lazy they closed down the dining area. Now, would you purchase food you are going to put in your body when these people cannot even get an order correct or clean a dining room? If so, don't look at me to cry when you die on your toilet tonight, because of the poor food handling and constant health violations. Everyone at this establishment should lose their job immediately, but BK has a long history for seeing any failure as a success.
The absolute worst customer service. The food is always cold no matter if it’s breakfast or lunch and they only ever have one person running the register for both drive they and the counter and putting the food in the bag while there are three workers just watching the cashier tend to 10 customers by themselves. The location lacks teamwork and I’ve started to go to McDonald’s instead.
I tried completing the satisfaction survey, but my receipt has critical numbers missing. I asked a crew member to correct this glitch. He said he had no idea what I was asking. However, the two for five special is my deal of the day!!
Bad service they have a young skinny girl there that doesn’t know how to do her job you ask her for one thing and she give you another thing, fries are always cold and when you let her know and give them back to her she wants to put them back on the deep fried like if that gonna make a difference so I will tell her I could wait for the new bash and she’s always with an attitude smh tomorrow I will go into the store and talk to the head supervisor cause that’s not customer service she needs more training smh ??♀️
We came through the drive thru today and got some sandwiches. I got extra mayo on on mine but they didn't add any and there was barely any mayo on there plus the lettuce was non existent. My mother's sandwich had two long hairs in it and choked on her good cause of a hair. And they put tomato's on her sandwich when she asked for it off. If it wasn't for all of that i would of gave it 5 stars. The guy in the drive thru window was super nice and had amazing energy and i loved him. We got our food fast and there wasn't much of a wait.
This burger King was clean fast and the food wasn't bad at all burger was also fresh and they didn't charge me extra for sauce like 1 or 2 others have recommended this burger King if in the area
I just went through drive-thru and didn't receive all of the food on my breakfast platter. How disappointing. If I could leave work and go back I would.
