Worst service ever! We have been to other Buffalo wild wings before and have had good experiences. We placed an order for an appetizer and asked to have the BBQ sauce and peppers on the side. The BBQ sauce was on the appetizer. We placed our order and it took a very long time for it to come out it wasnt busy at all either. The chicken was slightly warm and chicken was dry like it had been sitting for a while. Also the wrong sauce was on them. My husband asked for onion rings and got fries. When she came to check on us as we were finishing our meal I informed her about all the issues and all she said was thats the kitchen that messed up. I said I was telling her so she could tell the manager and the kitchen. She just said sorry for the mess ups. We will never be going back there.
This is by far the worst Buffalo Wild Wings out there. First off, the business was slow. Really slow. Our appetizer, in which we asked for no BBQ sauce, came with bbq sauce. Then our meals came, two of which were completely wrong and everything was cold. Our waitress was making excuses for everything when she really should have gotten the manager or done ANYTHING to help. Please, do not give this location any business, for your sake
How do I give negative stars. You go to chains because you think you will get the same experience. Not here. Bartender sat with her friends at a table and ignored 7 people at the bar. Warm beer, cold fries, wings made with the wrong sauce.. compete disaster. Oh the they brought the cold fries about 5 minutes BEFORE the wings. Avoid this place until its under new management.
Manchester location is the worst. For $104 after repeating my order to person taking the call and the manager it was still incorrect. When I called to tell them it was still wrong the manager was very rude and dismissive yo the fact that they both weren't competent enough to take the order correctly. The wings had feathers all over them. Clumps of feathers. I will never eat there again. They don't know their products and they are nasty about it instead of learning. I shared pic with a few friends on my social media that will never eat there again. My wing could fly with all the feathers 2 20 pieces. ?????????
Visited here during Memorial Day weekend. First time I got a burger here - which was good. My son stuck with the wings - which also were good. I did try the exclusive Mountain Dew flavor which was interesting (in a good way). Overall, a great place for lunch.
My total bill was $25.21. I left a $4 tip which raised the total to $29.21. A few months later I checked my credit card statement and it shows the bartender charged me $31.21, taking an extra $2.The girl's name was on the receipt was Warwick. I disputed the entire tip amount with my credit card company.I called the establishment and spoke with a manager, telling her that Warwick overcharged my bill by $2 in tip.Her response was "we have no thieves here". Not sure how you get a 6 out of a 4. Always double check your credit statements.
Wings wernt bad, just the communication with staff was poor. We went after a yard goat game for the free boneless wings & asked 2 separate people about the deal. We were told the 4 of us each needed to spend $10 to receive the free wings. So we did just that, then it comes to bill time & we were told they could only give us 1 free wing per couple. Would not recommend to go there for this deal after the yard goats game!
Sadly, my taste buds were not satisfied. I ordered honey barbecue wings and asked that they be well-done. They were not seasoned, and had fat on them that had to be bitten off then spit out. They did not seem to be recently prepared and were room temperature ?️. This experience encourages me to cook at home. I know what to expect; well-seasoned wings fried just right, cleaned to the bone . ? ? I should bring them a sample and show them what folks expect. Meanwhile, they are a multi-million dollar company!!!???? Waitress and establishment had good vibes and music was playing. Grade: D. Sincerely, The Critic
BOGO Tuesdays and Thursdays are the most popular and budget friendly. I like Tuesday more than Thursday since I prefer chicken wings with bone rather than boneless. We like the spicy garlic and mango habanero sauces. Lemon pepper dry rub and Parmesan Garlic sauce are also good options. Parking is available. You can order online on their app and earn points and other deals.
Wings are really good. Lots of sauce and dry rub options. Did the blazin wing challenge and the whole staff came to watch lol. I succeeded with a minute and a half left but I love super spicy. It's definitely not an easy challenge. You do have to sign a waver.
