They should stop offering curbside pick up because they never bring it outside. This is the second time it happened. Another car and I waited for over 15 minutes and when we finally decided to go inside the food had been ready on the counter for a while and no one told us. I will no longer buy takeout from them and will encourage others to go elsewhere. Not to mention that the last time I sat inside, we were seated and forgotten about for over 35 minutes until a manager came over and apologized. Please do better because the food is really delicious.
A great restaurant - very comfortable and pleasant with a great service! The food was excellent! 5 stars! Highly recommend!
Well proportioned appetizers. A little salty but not over the top. Met a friend for dinner. We haven't been at this location. It is a very nice layout. Great for conversation and lingering over food.Few dessert options the addition of one more non chocolate option would make this better.
Ordered lunch today from this location around 12:20pm. I was told it would be ready in about one hour, so I arrived at 12:58pm and waited about 10 minutes in the take out entrance. There was one in sight, so I called the restaurant. When I heard the Resturant phone ring, Ebonee came in and had me wait a moment before ringing up my order and giving me my food. I drove up the road, six minutes away to a job site to have my lunch. After opening the container, I noticed my french fries were incorrect, they were supposed to be Parmesan fries. My burger was missing BBQ sauce, the food was cold, fries were mushy due to the humidity in the container, and no words can explain the lettuce.This is my first time at this location and it will be my last time I think I could’ve had a better burger and fries from McDonald’s……
I was in town with my daughter and we decided to get some dinner the waiter we got was polite, courteous, laid back the food was good the portions too I was very satisfied with the service.
Amazing food! I ordered take out and the young lady who took my order I believe her name was Ashley was very kind and knowledgeable of the menu. She reread my order to me and even helped me out with the questions I have. Great staffing!
Wood N Tap has a great re-vamped space. They did a really good job! It's too bad they can't keep people from repeatedly blowing their nose in the dining area. Especially in the midst of a pandemic.
Forever to sever made other customers more of a priority than me I understand I’m a regular customer however I deserve to get treated fairly shouldn’t have to look for a waiter to come and sever us when everyone else was eating and getting there orders taken. Also didn’t appreciate how rude the waiter was, he was training a new employee finally when she decided to take our order he quickly rushed over and said “don’t take there’s get these three tables” she was already in the process of taking our order might as well. Manger wasn’t really professional asking “why aren’t we getting the full meal” like you didn’t see me here the day before , and honestly that’s none of your business you don’t know what I can and can’t afford than I order dessert you continue to question me “do you like it” just an uncomfortable situation and I was very disappointed.
Worst service ever !! Waiter wouldn’t even go around the table to serve our drinks (he would just toss them !!) food was so so salty we couldn’t even eat it !! It took 30 min for them to tell us they didn’t have the salmon we ordered and had to wait another 40 min for other dish which was extremely salty . Waiter looks and acts like he hates working there !! And even the manger wouldn’t act nice with all the troubles, she seemed angry and careless.They offered us a Cesar salad instead with some grilled chicken and surprise !! Again more salt and some lettuce with salt and chicken !!Again wanted to offer a desert to fix the issue but at that point, we just wanted to go!!Don’t waste your money and time here! Go to the Southington Wood n Tap, a whole different experience, sad franchises don’t always keep the same food and service quality.
Good service. Good food. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it
