Usually very good just once I got the Hawaiian flavored chicken thigh bites they were really rubbery chewy was not a fan at all I'll stick to the Bone in ones ☺️Staff very nice and please fix the ice machine the soda was still warm
Worst place ever. Got my boneless wings that look more like popcorn chicken, and got a soda that seems like they got it out of the oven and didn’t have any ice at all. Worse place ever
Wings are Always on point. Now all they need is ice and napkins and they’ll be good to go.
I placed an order online and when my husband got there to pick it up, he was told they didn’t make the order because they were closing. Mind you, they’re open till midnight at this location. My husband then said it’s only 10:20 and they said we’re closing at 11. So he asked for his money back, and those rude team members told him go come back tomorrow and get it. Like are you serious! They need to fire their whole entire staff and start over, or just close the place down at this point. Because all of their team members have poor customer service skills.
When you really get wings and the right flavor, it's nice. I just don't understand why Wingstop is allowed to sell chicken breast and call it wings. I made the mistake of ordering boneless of what I would assume to be wings, because the last time I checked, the breast is the wing is the wing and the breast is something else. Chicken wings do not taste like chicken breast and vice versa; they don't have the same texture nor taste even when the same season is used.Mind you, I had a question in my mind about exactly how they would get the flesh off of the chicken wings since chicken wings don't have a lot of flesh to begin with. But I said to myself, if there is a will there is a way; maybe they found a way! With a name like Wingstop I didn't imagine that the meat served would be anything but wings. Buying that meal and eating it made me feel like I was a part of experiment; l odered boneless ofcwhat was supposed to be a new flavor, I don't remember the name of the flavor, but it was disgusting. One bite and I just had to throw the whole thing out! It was just not a good experience. If I go back I'll be sure to stick with bone-in wings. When they said boneless, I assumed it would have been the wings without the bone.My suggestion is that it should be made very clear somewhere that the boneless is not boneless wings, but actual chicken breast. That way, those of us who may have an aversion to chicken breast would know to steer clear of ordering Wingstop boneless.My favorite flavor is mango jabanero.
The service is horrible. They never answer the phone they never want to take a phone order. This has been the worst experience ever
I wish they had better cooks, my chicken is always either overcooked or undercooked… I ordered bone in wings and got all drumsticks which were so hard to bite into, it’s just sad.
For all my people who actually want their food SEASONED . The only thing I suggest here is the corn .They are rude & very much unprofessional. I called and got hung up on before I can finish my sentence/question .Check your food before leaving, they seem to not insure the order is correct before giving it to you .The chicken is 5/10, when you spend $40 u expect at least something good, this was barely the bare minimum of good . Over sauced fries, very soggy .No regular seasoned fries as paid for . Chicken just anit hitting . More oil than sauce & barely any favor …
This place have the most rudest customer service ever. I called to let them know my order wasn’t complete and the response I get was OKAY… What do you want me to do about it we’re busy. SMH some people shouldn’t be allowed in customer service. SMH
Rick in the Hartford location is absolutely amazing. We had problems with an order through DoorDash and he made sure to have it fixed and that we were compensated correctly for this. Couldn’t be happier with his service
