Food was fresh as always, the cold reception from the cashier wasn't appreciated, no hello,no welcome to Wendy's, I said "hi' twice before she gave a halfhearted response.
Well what can I say about Wendy's if you don't love Wendy's then I don't know what to say everyday when I go out for delivery I'll be hoping that I have to stop at Wendy's for pickup just so that I can order something for myself they used to have the four for four which was always fresh good and an awesome price now they have the biggie bag it has almost the same thing the nuggets the sandwich the fries and the drink and that's for about five bucks you can't beat that especially with delicious food I'm a Wendy's fan
Awful, done even bother. They’re slow understaffed, have many health violations and just generally don’t have good service. I had ordered online went to pick up (the food was supposed to be ready), it was not. So then I had to wait for 23 mins at the counter and asked the representative four times if the food is ready and on the third time they finally started preparing it. Absolutely crazy
Fries? Hot ?. Hamburger?, nuggets hot ??.Strawberry Frosty thick and cold. Drive up windows staff, WONDERFUL!!!!!!! Keep up the good Work.
The shade here is real. Everyone got an attitude. But guess what so do I. That kill them with kindness bullcrap can go out the window. I'm going to treat you the same way you treat me, point, blank period.
They park every car that goes through the drive through so they can get high scores and look good for corporate. They just make you park and wait 20 minutes for fake chicken . Lame and ghetto employees standing up for the corporate giants and ripping off the hood. Typical wendys
Singularly the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. We pulled through the drive thru for 2 biggie bags , a children's meal and 2 drinks. It took 20 minutes to complete the order. They gave use 4 of the 5 drinks , one of the biggie bags and then told us we would need to come in for the rest, totally defeat the "expediency" of drive thru. Then they made my grand-daughter stand in the line rather than just give her the rest of our order . During our wait the other grand-daughter completed her meal while the 1st biggie bag we had ordered proceeded to get cold. Of all the Wendy's I've eaten in, and I have in many , this was the worst in terms of service I could have traveled to the next town gotten the food and been home in the time it took. I will never go there again and I hardly recommend people choose another option or location before going there. If I could give it a negative star review I would.
25 minute wait to once order in drive thru 10 minute wait at window for incorrectly made food. Questioned about it when I said it was made wrong will never go back even remade wrong. Gave up
Worst Wendy ever. I'm a regular. I just put in a mobile order and checked it in. Waited 15 to leave for the restaurant. Got there with 20 minutes passed. Waited for 30 minutes for them to even ask my order as they serve other walk-ins and dozens of cars through drive through. Fast food? Try slow as hell for no reason, with no customer service, no apology. Nothing. It's honestly sad to watch how dis-coordinated it is behind the counter. If it wasn't for the location this place would go out of business for shear terrible service hands down. Go to literally of the any places around unless you wanna stand there for an hour. The person in charge of this franchise store should be ashamed of themselves. After all that, the burgers not even warm and the fries aren't even cooked. I want a refund
Well... I just lost about an hour and a half of my life waiting in line watching people leave while I waited to place my order for my meal. I would love to say that this location literally cooks each order one at a time before taking the next persons order because they sure do take that long...... who knows what is being done but it's actually kinda ridiculous. If it wasn't for the baconator fries I wouldn't even be in this line... where is there a close Wendy's Anyways besides this one? Bummer.... I guess I will have to wait with whoever survives this line with me for the night... management really needs to fix this.
