Having a child answer phone and taking the wrong order is bad for business no customer service at all

Had a bad experience trying to order food for my son they saying I need a Id to order my food

Absolutely disappointed and disgusted. Found a tangled hair in the food. Never ordering here again.

Ordered from here Sunday. Got food poisoning. Was sick all of Sunday night and all of Monday over it. Avoid this place.

The best when it come to Chinese food .an they deliver almost everywhere with grubhub an uber eats.check out their menu

Literally everything at wei Mei is bland and inconsistent there food isn’t fresh they overprice everything I order, how I know this? I Order the same thing from there and there price jumps 2-3 dollars I order a half of chicken with fries they asked for 15.50 when on the menu it’s says 7 I mean it’s that bad Literally every other Chinese restaurant in Hartford the food is fresh and price is consistent and the customer service is top notched this place is a joke.

Haven't ordered from this place in years and never will again. Customer service is terrible and the delivery driver is extremely rude. Oh, and he won't bring your food to your door. You have to go to his car if you want your food. If you want good food and Customer service go to Hartford #1. They're literally the best!

Food was awful and inedible. Had a large order and not only was the food bland but all of the meat was raw, slimey and rubbery. Safety hazard and raw meat is unacceptable

Real good food a friend told me about it just had to try it five stars one of the best Chinese restaurants in Hartford

Food was surprisingly bland, but there was a lot of it. Got there right when it opened just to make sure I was getting it at it's freshest and it still tasted kinda funky. Lunch special does not come with an eggroll as many of these locations do. This location is being rated vs other restaurants with the same menu and business model. Would not return.
