Rockin!! Nice little Peruvian flare in Hartford! Easy ordering system.Had some fried plantains but half a rotisserie chicken that is cooked in a charcoal rotisserie only one here in Hartford Connecticut.Onion salad was light and crispy. Green rice.. Washed everything down with house made juice.
I cannot stress enough how delicious this place is!! The chicken is juicy and flavorful and just makes you want to slap somebody. I went with a friend who is Peruvian, and he said the food is really good (which I'm assuming means that it's also authentic). Most people do carryout from this place but if you can dine in, the food is just that much fresher.
Ordered the whole chicken combo with Pesto pasta, Totones, and Peruvian Beans.Food took time to arrive, but that was understandable since the place was busy. The food was freshly prepared, and worth the wait.Chicken was perfectly cooked - tender and juicy. Sides were all delicious, and the sauces complement all the dishes really well.Would definitely order again.
I'm a huge fan of soups and this place e just makes them just right. Also, hubby says they always have the best rotisserie chicken he's ever had.
I recently moved to the area but I've been passing by this place for quite a while so I decided to try it out for myself and the food is tasty but it does have a unique flavor that may not suit everybody's taste, it's cooked very well, the flavor is on point although the prices for the chicken wings are a little bit too high so I did not try them as of now but I did an order of a quarter chicken breast with two sides, I ordered the fries also I chose the macaroni a la Huancaina, the macaroni and cheese was very good as far as the cheesiness in the al dente pasta but the pepper seasoning through it off, I think, at the very least I know something gives it a kind of funny aftertaste nothing was bad just more unusual than what you would normally consider mac and cheese or chicken that taste like, THE FRIES: EXCELLENT! The fries were beautifully done very flavorful some of the best fries I ever tasted, I will go back again just for the fries.
I normally don’t eat Peruvian food but I must give this place ? thumbs up. My boss got us food from this place and I just could t stop saying how good everything was she ordered the Peruvian combo with chocolate cake and it was amazing, so after work I came here to get food for my family. Place nice and clean. Very very welcoming. I truly recommend this place
First timer- I had the Fried Rice with Shrimp, and while very tasty and generous portions with lots of shrimp, I really have to say it reminded me of mild Chinese food. I also ordered the corn beverage they make there and it was unique and tasty.
Asked for my food to be hot as possible before uber eats transit and it definitely was….also without being over cooked if you where wondering. Bag was stapled shut for safety concerns without asking and also food was good with nice portion! Little expensive but aye whatever
I would give it a five star only if the prices where reasonable. Kinda pricey but overall great food
Delicious food and sauces! I had vegetable arroz chowfa and my hubby had the half chicken with fries and plantains. Housemade Passionfruit juice is a great compliment with the food as well :) Thank you for your kind service!
