I'm from southington and the other day I ordered food for me and my girlfriend I'm all about freshness when it comes to food like most... I love my burgers and I have to say you guys have one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time not dry very tasteful very very neat and ai was very very happy with the food we got ...guys keep going strong and keep up the great work !!
horrible....cost almost $80 for a family of five for an overcooked burger and soggy fries that not to mention dont even come with the burger...no indoor seating and no one brings the food to you. may as well have gone to mcdonalds. or spend the extra money and went to Plan B
Excellent milkshake, decent salad, and decent fried chicken sandwich. Pretty extensive menu. I'd give them another shot in the future for sure. Definitely check out their shakes and sweet treats!
Average food but here's some advice concentrate on your customer ordering if your talking to others at the same time it's rude even if you know the person." Reply to the owner" has nothing to do with her spirit even your staff wasn't sure if it was to go or dine in because she was too busy with her gab fest. I could care less if your friend is talking to you for 20 plus minutes during the ordering taking process and during our wait. Here's another tip lose the sarcasm your in the wrong business if you can't handle a suggestion about a customers experience. Your reply shows the kind of hospitality and customer service you provide.. There's your application.
Omg better come with a big appetite the size of the boss fries alone will fill you up. The Philly steak and cheese is amazing
What an awesome place to have lunch, we stopped there today and had the pleasure of meeting Roberta, the owner. This is a family business With other family members working there and we highly recommend A visit there. All the food is fresh and you can also have beer and wine. Cindy and Rob.
I love this place!! Everyone is so attentive!!I order take out very often too..the burgers are incredible...they gave to try, chicken pesto sandwich and it was fantastic (I was the 3er client to try it) it should definitely go on the manu!!!!!
I've eaten here a couple of times lately and I will be back plenty. The staff is always super nice and accommodating! The food is always fresh and cooked well! I requested a gluten free bun (not celiac, but gluten sensitive) and the bun was so good! I also requested half and half (half onion rings/half fries) intending to give the onion rings to my husband, they came over yo make sure I knew the rings weren't GF. Then when the food showed up they made sure they had the rings in their own container away from my fries. They were incredibly considerate. Very happy with every experience I've had at The Boss Grill!
Picked up my order today and food was amazing!! Burgers were very flavorful and staff is super friendly! Highly recommend, have a drink while you wait for your take out
First time here,had a chicken wrap was so good and let me tell you, amazing food, and a large variety of burgers! Can't wait to come again and try them all! ???
