Food is great we love this location and quality tends to be okay. Employees on the other hand are awful, especially late time. It’s so sad how the experience difference is so big because of its employees.
Food was great but sometimes they give u alittle bit of salad on your Doritos taco depends who’s at the drive through window
This Taco Bell in Hartford Connecticut is well overpriced compared to the other Taco Bell the item was $13.99 the other place for the same item was $8.99 that's a big difference especially when you're placing an order for five people they need a reality check so I got there dollar drink ?
Boyfriend did drive thru and ordered something for himself and then 2 nachos tacos for me. When he got home and checked the bag, the tacos weren't even in them. So he drove all the way back just to get them. So yall gonna pay for our gas for that? Terrible service. It's like people don't wanna work anymore
I was overcharged in the drive through. The cashier said they refunded my card and told me I could have the meal free. It turned out the cashier had actually charged me twice and not refunded anything. When I went back to the store to get my money back, they gave me a ROUGH estimate of the proper refund. I won’t be returning to this location.
The food was fine. It’s tough to give an establishment anything over 3 stars when they forget to include a spork and napkins with the meal through the drive thru
I asked for a crunch wrap this is what they gave me i asked for nacho bell grande extra cheese extra meat and this is what they gave me. I paid for nothing for cold sauggy food and extra stuff never given they should litterly fire who ever is the cook and the servers for not making sure quality is right.
Bought the crunch wrap supreme with the Baja blast. Whoever was the cook put thr right about of taco meat and sour cream. Hands down best crunch wrap made at this location.
