Sunsplash is a nice, feel good spot for Jamaicans and Jamaican food enthusiasts to stop by for a quick take out order. Not much space to dine in but the food is always fresh tasting and the customer service is about as Jamaican as it can get (for me that’s a good thing ?)

I always enjoy the meals and service at Sun Splash. Drop in for fast and friendly service.I am back 3 years later to say that I do enjoy the same quality service with great tasting food and reasonable prices. This is my go to spot on Wednesday late afternoon when I come into Hartford.

This place was my best kept secret tucked in the southend now The Secrets Out! Their jerked wings will kick you in your taste buds. But first you have to catch the meat before it falls of the bones deliciously soft...im love the Ox Tail.i will add more later.

The lady that share my goat soup can share my food any day. The soup was just right. Their fried dumplings are the best. Other items on the menu can be a hit or miss. Last but not least, customer service is near to nonexistent. It definitely depends on which server you get.
