First time I ever visited this location. I usually go to a different location after Sunday mass each week.The server was very rude, very hostile & very unfriendly. I have no idea what his problem is. Will never go there again.

Two Workers were counting money. I stand there for 10 minutes they didn’t even ask me what I need. I said excuse me to see if I could order they look at me and get back counting money. Couldn’t wait more because the bus was almost leaving. and had leave with no food.
I went to this store today ( 02/10/20 ) in the morning time. The worst customer service ever! The woman who helped me was not attentive at all, you could say that she even looked angry and seemed to be bothered to have to make my order. It was scary to talk to her. ugly experience

I give the Hartford Union Station SUBWAY located at 1 Union Pl, Hartford, CT 06103 ONE STAR. SIMPLY... You two sub makers shouldn't deny a hungry person a meal as they wait in line to order 5 minutes before you close. Yes, 9:55pm. And not 10 pm, so help whoever is in line. 1ï¸âƒ£ 🌟 I'm sure you don't want a HANGRY person.
