This Starbucks makes me want to drink DUNKIN! terrible costumer service, and super slow! They didn’t even wait until you get your drink they would put on the counter and whoever can grab it. Employees have the worst attitude
I stood in line for 10 minutes. they’re advertising on a sign right in front of the store new coconut latte only to find out they don’t have coconut milk today. why would they put the sign out very aggravated I wasted 10 minutes of my lunch hour. poor service too, the girls are standing around talking instead of helping the 10 customers in line

The coffee is out of this world!! They where quick and efficient with both my orders. They did a spot on job making my coffees. Plus, the staff is very friendly and patient.
I went for a iced coffee today but they give me a cup of cream , I never find the taste of coffee, first time and the last..
This is a Barnes & Noble Starbucks so they don't take the rewards. I feel the staff are undertrained and they are constantly going through new employees. They don't properly stock up for the flow of customers and are out of cups, lids, coffee or other items too frequently. I've faced issues in the morning when they open where coffee hasn't been brewed either.
