I placed an order with Spice venue for Uthappam and other dishes . I frequently order this place out of sheer helplessness as there is nothing close to for Indian food . I do acknowledge they have 1-2 items which are good on their menu !Now I have noticed they have an inconsistency in their preparation but today they gave me a dosa and call it an uthappam , I tried to call them and talk about it for which the person by name Bharani picks the call and says - that’s what our chef prepares and if you wish to take it accept it or stop ordering from us . The audacity of replying to customer in such manner instead of being considerate says it all about the restaurant!! This scenario has happened multiple times wherein they send whatever they wish and I have ignored it multiple times until today I felt the necessity to call them and inform !! Disgusting attitude of the restaurant!!Anytime you walk-in to the place they are least bothered to attend to customers but I have always chosen to ignore considering the hard times of covid but today was enough !!I had no choice but to tell them to stop cheating the customers by giving such false information!!
I ordered pratha but they gave me lacha pratha . Disgusting pani puri . Worst experience
I ordered on DoorDash and reported the food their too just never ha ra chance to write a review. Everything was going fine until I saw a small bug crawling on top of my desert container. And I thought I was like seeing stuff until it crawled from one side to the other until I killed it. Made nasty .
I did not not enjoy my meal at all. I wish I had read the other reviews. Bland. I eat this type of food once a week. This was the worst I've had.

Chicken biryani’s have large portion good taste but on the spicy side.
Had written a bad review initially.. But their food never disappoints.. Customer service is consistently horrible. I wonder how they could be so ambivalent to this fact.
