I ordered a large tomato and basil pizza they delivered it burned. When I called and let them know the pizza was burned they said we would remake the pizza no cost to us and have it delivered on a specific day. South Whitney never honored it that was indeed our last time ordering from them. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!
We had order 10 wings and a chef salad. We had sat inside. As we observed. We had notice that the workers doesn’t have great Customer Service. The person taking our order seem a little frustrated like we had Disturbed his peace when we had first walked in. The Chef Salad was very salty. The wings are good. We had order the 10pc Garlic Parm wings. I only would recommend going only if there isn’t any other restaurants open. We had rate them 2 stars. It’s really one. Even though they were rude doesn’t make us Rude.
I ordered from here twice. Once when I had was at my sisters house, and last night. The first time I had ordered a calzone, it was correct and delicious. Hot, gave extra sauce, and followed my instructions. Last night my mom and I decided to order a couple burgers. It took about 45 minutes but that is what the expected delivery time was. The driver called me and was so kind. Let me know when he was on the way and when he had arrived. The food was excellent. Just two classic cheeseburgers, all instructions followed and was surprised to see it came with fries because they were only 7.99. I ordered directly from their website instead of doordash and had a great experience. I will order from here again in a pinch, I only get take out a couple times a month when I’m out of work late - they have yet to disappoint and will be my go to place for quick efficient take out. I did see many bad reviewers before ordering but decided to give it a go anyway because I had a good experience the first time. Well I was pleased again. 5 stars, thank you south whitney!
There items are good & things could be better if they listen to the customer when they are placing an order to make sure that you get what they want done correctly the 1st time.The owners and employees are not good with wanting to fix the problem or discount the incorrectly made food, so it makes you want to go other places unless you don't have any other options.
Only go here as a bar patron, but it's a nice place to shoot pool, watch TV, drink some beer and eat some apps. Heard delivery isn't as good, and the liquor selection isn't huge, but cmon, it's a cheap bar that's open till 2. Have some good, if hazy, memories of visiting, never had any trouble with them over or double charging me, or fights or anything like that. Nice bit of local color.
The 2 worse salad did l had in my life the chicken was salty and bread chicken is frozen ? . The wings the same only good thing was the grinder . I had call than to let know but they didn't agree with me .so think twice before oder.
Worst experience. In a time in which small businesses are struggling you’d think they’d be nicer to their customers or atleast respectful. Placed an order through their site which provides the option of paying with cash upon delivery. After 10 mins I receive a call from a number that doesn’t belong to the pizzeria asking for my credit card information in order to process my order since the delivery is in Bloomfield. I asked for them to call me from the pizzerias device or I could call to provide my card info that way and the response was he would call me back from the store phone. What I then received was a txt message asking me to never order from them again, should’ve paid attention to its 3.2 rating…
Messes up every order. They used to be good, but lately have been pretty bad. They always mess up my order, undercook something, make something wrong or forget something. Don’t order from here it’s a waste of time. And when you call to complain and request a refund, the owner lies saying he will refunding you, he won’t give you a refund.
