My very picky Father enjoyed his Downtown pizza. I had the best gluten-free pizza I've ever had in Hartford. My Steak Supreme Pizza was so good was so good I ate the whole ten inch pie. The people serving and preparing the food were friendly, the service excellent. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere and was spotlessly clean. There is a generous choice of beverages and an unexpectedly wide variety of delicious looking deserts. Nearby off street parking is also a plus for me. This is our new local fav which will be on our regular Sunday lunch out rotation ?
Love Pietro's! The workers at the front are always very friendly. They've got some good pizza selections and it's in a good part of downtown. Pizza spots in downtown are oddly a little hard to find, but this is like one of three places I think of in the area that has good pizza-by-the-slice.
I have been coming for years, and I will say best pizza dt Hartford and citywide.They have thin crust pizzas which are light enough not to make you too lazy afterwards.
Worse place owner promised a refund like come on when I went in to collect my money Spanish male made threats of harm but was all talk. Owner sat rite there and allowed it to occur. I will be looking into a civil suit due to how I was treated in this restaurant because you gave me a uncooked burger and expected me to eat from there again noooooo. So in order to get me out the store he brushed me off with less than what I paid and he will answer in court if needed. You don't scare me
Buffalo chicken calzone: full with ricotta and mozzarella (were a little bit salty for me in my opinion). Chicken were few chunks with hint of Buffalo sauce. The size is big and comes with a small bowl of marinara sauce. Plus coated with butter and garlic. Note: it was Ricotta Not Ranch(menu). The price: $15 per calzone.
I reduced one star from perfect due to the simple fact of the high price I was kind of shocked but the pizza was very good about $18 for two slices and two sodas but the quality was definitely there we had the chicken bacon ranch in the vegetarian pizza

Good food terrible loud music. Can't hear a God damn thing and could barely order.I can tolerate bad music but to not be able to communicate is just silly.
Delicious pizza. I know it's a but expensive but you can blame that on inflation as a whole. The staff is super kind and always welcoming. I would come here more often if the food wasn't so fattening alas, I gotta adhere to my diet.
