Mr. Khan is the very best delivery man I have ever had. Add to that is the fact the pizza is great, always a fast delivery and I always come back. Thank you
I ordered a pizza to be delivered to my hotel at 12:10am, the worker told me it would be there within 20-30 minutes. My pizza was finally delivered past 2:00am! TWO HOURS after I ordered. Not only did they deliver it 2 hours late and never updated me on the whereabouts of my order, but my pizza was also cold when it got to me AND the lady that delivered it didn’t even bring it to my door; she called me and told me she was waiting in her car with my pizza. So at 2:00am I had to walk outside to get my cold, extremely late pizza. The customer service is so bad, and the food is not good. Just go to Dominos.
This place really needs to be closed. The pizza is so-so but the service is terrible. The last couple of times I went there were people fighting in front of the place and they were associates of the staff working there. Meanwhile there’s 4 customers waiting on their orders. I knew I’d never come back.
I tried to order a pizza. My daughter loves the stuffed crust. Whomever I was spoke to at 6:46pm hung up on me 3 times. Yes, the regular crust was gross when I received one in error. Sorry if I hurt your feelings. I'm just buy the items to make my own pizza. Prices are now a little vexing anyways....plus people from other parts of the world sometimes are rude and nasty.
IF I COULD LEAVE 0 STARS I WOULD . The pizza was VERY sour and it was cold and The delivery guy DIDNT follow directions . very disappointed and I will never order from here again . Es muy malo y yo no voy a recibir comida de papa Johns .
Worse pizza I had. Big disappointment. My family didn't enjoy it we will not be eating the remainder.
We love going to this location specifically because of the friendliness of the staff and our order always being perfect! Ali provides exceptional service and makes sure that everything is right before we leave! We love coming here

The phone number for the restaurant? Don’t even bother. It does not work. Called multiple times just for line to be dead.I had an issue with a mobile order and couldn’t cancel on the app (which is crazy to me) so I tried to call and no answer.Because my friend was having a horrible, despite my better judgement, I decided to order on Uber eats. My food gets delivered cold and instead of my cinnamon pullaparts, I get a brownie. Mistakes happen, I get it, but this whole night with them has been TERRIBLE.
Ordered 2 X LG New York style pepperoni pizzas. Received two cheese pizzas instead. Contacted Papa John’s and all I got was an attitude from the individual that answered the phone. I tried to explain my situation and he literally hung up on me. Will never order from this particular establishment. They don’t deserve a single star.
