Shut it back down. This is the third time I’ve ordered from this Panera and the quality is always terrible.
Terrible never has Mac n cheese. Closes wayy to early. Lines are very long and orders take forever
The staff in this place are ridiculous!! Screaming at eachother while customers wait for there food. They had an argument for a good 45 mins and then they have the nerve to tell people to leave that they are closed. Corporate needs to step in here and pay this this location a visit. The staff are a joke!!!
Unprofessional staff. No sense of urgency at all. They blast their music and are rude if they mess up your order. I shouldn’t be hearing ME AND YOU BY CASSIE AT A PANERA BREAD, THIS AINT THE STRIP CLUB.
Ive only been to Panera Twice. About 5 years ago and again today. Today I walked in to order my lunch and was very pleased. They were ready for closing as i got in at 1:45 but they still provided service. The manager was helpful and staff at the front counter was nice.
Food is good . 1. I suggest having someone by the phone in case customers have questions . 2 I ordered and it said 10 mins away. Once I refreshed the app, it said my order is being processed. It has been over an hour . I want to cancel my order , however no one is answering the phone .
Panera is the best fresh and upscale foods. Expensive but you gotta pay for quality ?

I work in Hartford so this is the closest to my place of work. Everytime I order for lunch I get half of the items I ordered or an item is exclude.
The sandwich and soups here are great. I would suggest to order ahead of time using the app to skip the queue. They have an unlimited coffee promotion going on, although the coffee is meh
