I went to this McDonald’s to do a DoorDash for a customer and a worker named Kayla at the drive-through area around this time was so rude nasty for no reason awful Customer Service she was screaming and cursing like a maniac hopefully when I go back there the next time she’s not there cause I will press charges
Louis the manager or whatever her name was I’m not sure what her name was because she didn’t want to give it. I asked for a refund and she did not want to refund me at all she said too bad and then when I tried to speak she spoke right over me not giving me a chance to even explain. She’s unprofessional and I’m not sure how she got the job as a manager.
Always a problem with my order and than they shut down with no notice.
I got 2 Spicy crispy chickens. With no chicken! How can you forget the main part?!
Went there and while in the drive-thru I grabbed a handful of fries and bit into HAIR! As in a long black hair!! The workers here don’t wear hair nets. They gave me another meal but they didn’t even apologize. Just gross. Only here if you enjoy eating hair.

Never had a problem here until tonight. Never thought I’d get a McRib with no sauce. The worst part is, that I don’t even have Bbq sauce at my house so that I can put it on myself. Definitely disappointed. I had to throw it away.
