It is usually crowded. But that's because it's right off the highway. Dealing with staff is hit or miss. But they usually get the order right. That's why I keep going back.Inside is open to sit in. But if the drive thru line is long going inside will only upset you. Their focus is the drive thru line and you may be waiting inside just as long even if you're the only customer in there.
Walked to get there. They were only doing drive thru. They offered to serve me through the window but wouldn’t open the “dining room” for me to eat despite a 6am opening time.
Visted this location. Ordered a large iced coffee, Unfortunately, I had return and mentioned to management that the was definitely old. There was a language barrier because her english was limited to non existence, after three attempts, she finally understood my grievance.Coffee is mandatory to be changed every hour.They had failed, my replaced iced coffee was no better! Shame...
Don’t come here. They start serving breakfast when they “feel” like it. I was going on a long road trip & the only thing open at 4:45am was this place, & I needed coffee & a sandwich. When I rolled up to order at 4:45am the employee got on the speaker & said they were closed. I said but online you’re open 24/7. She said true, but we usually don’t decide to serve breakfast until between 5-6. I said how is a customer supposed to know when an employee decides when they feel like starting to serve breakfast for the day? She said “not my problem”. Really unprofessional and refused to serve me. I should’ve expected this at McDonalds, you get what you pay for.
Ordered a chicken sandwich at the drive thru and left without checking. Got half way home and looked at the sandwich and was disgusted. The bread was torn in half not to mention very wrinkled. There was no lettuce and they must've thought I said a mayonnaise sandwich. Called their number 6 times and no answer.This is not the first time. The last time, the chicken was cold and the bun was chewy. The fries were half cooked. They need to close and stay closed.
Highly disappointed. My order number was 1233 and I come here regularly. I ordered a hot fudged sundae extra fudge (something I usually order all the time) fries etc etc little stuff after work. This is a constant issue, everytime I order a hot fudge sundae EXTRA FUDGE, this is what I get. I’m pregnant and all I asked is an EXTRA FUDGE sundae, remind you they charge you for that EXTRA I’m not getting. I literally asked the employee that if he was for real about my sundae being extra fudge in a nice way because it doesn’t look like it. He cursed me out I asked for for a manager and he said he was the manager. I left in defeat but i highly do not recommend people ordering here because you’re not getting for what you are paying for.
Came in here for a quick bite after getting supplies for the restaurant. The line was long, and the kiosk was down. The staff did their best to get the guests orders quickly. The interior is squeaky clean and the decor is minimalist and modern. I really liked it a lot. Food came out hot and fresh. Thank you.
waiting 20 minutes in drive thru @3:18pm on a Tuesday. pay for food and was not given full order. was told pull up to door waited another 25 minutes no one came. i went inside waited another 5 minutes and finally got the rest of my order. left at 3:50p. she didn’t even give me a bag for my stuff
The staff are competent and kind. McDonald's is a cultural icon and I have been eating the food as long as I can remember. Rarely disappointed. THE STRAWBERRY MILKSHAKE ?
I just ordered 3 mcflurry’s, one m&m & 2 Oreos. I paid for extra Oreos in one. Got home and there wasn’t even the standard amount of Oreos in neither of the McFlurrys. Mind you the girl told me which one had “extra”. I wish you guys would stop being so lazy and actually mix the mcflurry’s like how they’re supposed to be. Other than that you guys are much better than the McDonald’s by me in Windsor.
