This restaurant does not contact customers for order replacement when items/orders placed are no longer in stock. I ordered 2 mocha frappes but only one got delivered while one got replaced with a plain, small vanilla drink which probably costs $4 less than the order originally placed. Unethical and unprofessional.

Place looks good, but employees had there own friends and sometimes they start to BS even when they have a line, that was the only think that i didnt like.

Place sucks. Unreliable. Waited 20 mins to get to order taker and he says. We're not taking cash right now. Cards only..

Very clean. Friendly staff. But I went to wash my hands before I ate, and the bathroom was locked. I wanted 15 minutes and finally a guy came out with a towel around his neck. I went to go in, and was locked again. You have to ask them to open the door for you. No sign, nothing. You have to order food first. They have those stupid table tents with numbers on it, and they say theu will bring you the food. I sat at my table for too long. Then realized, they just drop the bag on the counter. Food was cold.

It appears their shake machine is broke more often then working. But the staff are exceptional, very polite, and interact positively with customers

24/7 homeless begging for money in drive theough 1 at the beginning and another at the end.Don't go here unless you wanna be harassed while waiting.Staff could care less

Customers came into the store without a mask. Social distancing is not done in this McDonalds.Customer had difficulty using automated menu. Employee would not help customer.Customer was a senior citizen who was not familiar with automated menu. Customer left unserved unsatisfied upset and hungry.Although I offered to help the customer she was way to distressed to deal with automated menu and wanted to place order with cashier who said NO to the customer. McDonalds train your employees properly please. Customers are leaving because of automated menu's.Burger King nor Wendy's have confusing automated menus. Customers just order directly with the cashier. Much easier.McDonalds has to do way better than this. I am not purchasing anymore food from any McDonalds after seeing this display of behavior towards a senior citizen...social distancing guidelines and masks not being worn in the fast food store.McDonalds serve all your customers whether they use automated menu or need help......have customers leave the store put on a mask. Mark lines for social distancing.Serve your customers correctly please.You lost my family and friends who are fed up with high fast food costs and lousy service.

NOT THE PLACE TO EAT?? GO TO FLATBUSH AVE ?- I know some county jails with better service than this location.Most of the crackhead training they received takes over their response after one question.( 2/2 The junkies in that area are related to the kids that work there )I’m not the one for tough talk ? For West Virginia extremely clean and spot on customer service,better then I get in New England go figure..
